I say this with love, I invite you to read the Bible. Jesus is the Way, the Truth and the Life. John 14:6 Salvation is ONLY found in Jesus. He already paid for our sins on the cross, all you have to do to escape God’s wrath, is to believe! That’s right! Place your faith and trust in Jesus, believe that what He did on the cross is sufficient for you to be saved!

Hi Chanel! First off congrats to you and your beautiful family on your newest addition! In a world that subscribes to "perfection" being the only way that one dare present themselves, especially via social media, THANK YOU for your realness, transparency and vulnerability via this post. I can relate to it on so many levels. This time last year I had just had my third child and despite ALL of my pre-natal efforts to position me to have a successful V-bac via a water birth at a birthing center (I'm talking pre-natal exercises, hypnobirthing meditation, consistent prayer, pelvic floor prep with a certified therapist, completing my spinning babies birthing course, understanding the stages of labor and doing all of the poses and exercises to aid the baby's migration thru my birth canal, hiring a doula, using that spoon thing to help stretch my cervix, drinking pleanty of water, walking and watching your KZbin videos...I STILL did not have the birthing experience that I desired. My water broke at 3am...I was fine and up walking outdoors all day with my husband until about 6:45pm when I started to not feel so great. By 7:30 I had mild contractions. By 8pm My doula was advising me to make my way to the birthing center. Which I did, only to be told at 8:20 that I have fever. My midwife took my temperature 5 times with 3 different thermometers. And further add insult to injury, when she checked my cervix, I had ONLY dialatet 4 centimeters! Needless to say I was completely devastated and felt completely defeated. I ended up delivering by a 2nd cecarian in the hospital. And 12 hours after delivery I was advised that I would need to have an abdominal surgery to correct my ilias that I acquired as a result of my small intestine being bumped when they pulled my son out during my c-section. I was in the hospital for 8 days and got discharged on Christmas Eve night. On top of being in pain, Chanel, when I tell you the anger, hurt and frustration that I had inside...there really are no words to describe it! This is our last child. I won't get to experience concpetion, pregnancy and delivery again. So for it to end like this and after all of the time, effort, time and money invested. Ya girl was livid! And I did not recognize myself for months. I feared that I would never get back to feeling or looking like "me." But I finally surrendered to GOD, turned all my hurt, dissapointment and anger over to Him. And He not only healed my body...He healed my heart and my spirit. And my scar, well, you can barely see it. It has healed terrifically well. I am sharing all of this because this season of heaviness will soon be lifted for you! Allow yourself grace! As mothers we are so hard on oursleves. The same grace you extend to your husband and your children, you have to give to Chanel in this moment. And know, that even on your worst day you are EXCEPTIONAL! The way you love your family and pour into your clients (both paid and un-paid 😊) is priceless! You did exactly what our Heavenly Father wants us to do....Call on Him, Draw close to Him....Lean on Him. He never wants us to burden. So in your obedience, trust that your reward will be mighty and your 2025 abundantly blessed!🧡 I am cheering for you and aplauding you from the sidelines because you got this! In Jesus's name I declare that ALL germs will be removed from your home, that you each will heal and get back to 100% and that in time, you will get to all of your "to-dos" that have temporarily been derailed. Feel better, hang in there and remember GOD never gives us more than we can handle, especially when we remember to surrender all to HIM.

Wow wow wow wow wow. Every single word of your testimony and encouragement has touched my heart so deeply 😭. Thank you for being willing to share your heart on this post and for reminding me of the God that we serve who will never leave us. Grace is absolutely necessary in this season. Also, thank you for sharing about your birth story. I am sorry it didn’t end the way you anticipated and am so proud of you for handing it all over to the Lord. I struggle to do this first (and usually fall flat on my face trying to lean on my own understanding 🫠). I’m praying for abundance and blessings for your 2025 as well. Thank you for making my day 🤎🙏🏽

@@awerkingmama Awww...thank YOU so much Chanel!🙏🏽 Your kind words mean more than you will ever know, and I appreciate them very much. You do pregnancy with such opulence, poise and grace. And I have admired you from afar since the pandemic when I first stumbled upon your KZbin channel. You and your content have been a tremendous blessing to me. And you inspired me to to prepare my mind, body and spirit for a natural birth last year. I had wanted to try a natural, water birth but I was scared and while I love my OBGYN, she works at a practice that encourages inductions once a mother is beyond a certain maternal age so I knew I could not have her full buy-in without compromising her professionally. Thus, I elected to change my natural hospital delivery to a water birth at a birthing center. Had I not come across your content, I doubt I would have felt comfortable taking said leap of faith. And my preparation taught me sooooo much about myself, about my body/anatomy, and pregnancy & delivery. Not to mention it allowed me to grow even closer to Christ, so all was not lost. Infact, I definitely gained way more than I lost. (I can see this now....this time last year NOT so much!) You are a God send for so many of us mamas. So when I read your post earlier, I could FEEL the weight and the fatigue and I took it as an opportunity to return the love & support and just share a part of me with the hopes of encouraging you for a change. It warms my heart to know that I succeeded in my efforts, and that you took the time to reply back.❤️ I refer to you as my virtual doula but in many respects you have been a virtual mentor of sorts. Your genuineness and positivity is infectous and I am forever grateful that GOD continues to use you in a mighty way. I will not be having any more babies 🙃, but I happily choose to remain a part of your community because spirit recognizes spirit and you, sis, exemplify what a Proverbs 31 woman looks like in 2025. My son has my ENTIRE heart, that goes without saying. But if my testimony can encourage someone else, (which it has today...twice 😇) then my devasting delivery was more than worth it.

Chanel, I just wanted to thank you from the bottom of my heart for everything you do. I just gave birth to my first baby yesterday at home and if it weren’t for your channel I don’t think there’s any way I could have done it. Although it was utterly exhausting and mentally testing, I used your breathing techniques and my understanding of opening up the pelvis which I’ve learnt from your channel, and I made it through without any tears just a slight little graze which required no stitches :) I am so grateful to you, and to God for helping me through the most challenging yet fulfilling time in my life, the two midwives who were with me said I did so well they didn’t even have to be there 😄 All my love and thanks ❤️

Hi Chanel, Although I’m not yet a mama, I am an aspiring wife, mother, homemaker, and doula, and your channel has been such a blessing to me. I first found you in 2020 when the Lord introduced me to the practice of being a doula, and ever since, it’s remained in the back of my mind to train as one-though I never took action. Then, in late 2024, I felt a powerful calling from the Lord to seek training, educate myself, and begin this ministry. I’m so grateful He led me back to your channel, and I can’t wait to see how it continues to evolve! Blessings, Kaelyn
