I'm 71 and have been rebounding about 2 weeks... I fell several years ago, broke my shoulder and now my left hip hurts and it's like I can't get my balance. Maybe I'm expecting to much to fast.... but your videos are the best...

@ Hello and welcome! Rebounding is harder than it looks, so I would definitely advise giving yourself time. Stay consistent and your balance will improve! Make sure you stretch a little before and after and reach out if you have any questions! 🩷
