Enjoyed the conversation! And I can totally relate! As a retired teacher I have experienced that toxic work environment in the past. Nice to share this time with you. 😊

Another great chat! I definitely get more sad than mad. I actually deal with depression and have been seeing a therapist to help me deal with it. One of the things that helps me when I'm in a bad mood is to ask myself the question, "Is what I'm doing right now helping me have the life I want? ". That seems to ground me, put things in perspective, and help me focus on what is important.

Enjoyed the "Grumpy" conversation and you did a great job of matching the moves to the conversation. It was like the moves had an intention to work through your feelings!!! I wasn't grumpy, but I totally enjoyed all your takes on the subject. This is a fun series 😊!!

I’m more in the blue/ funky group…awareness is key and knowing that it will pass helps too. I’ve worked on my mindset a long time . Exercise has been huge for me. I’ve turned to exercise for about 40 years! I’ve done a number of different things over the years. I’m enjoying bouncing with all of you a lot!!

Agree...couldn't imagine my life without exercise. It helps so much with mood regulation!

Another great conversation and workout. I don't know how you gals do it tho, I was a little winded - would be huffing and puffing if I had to talk too! 😂

Thanks!! We were huffing and puffing, but made it through. Thanks for watching!

I love your videos and routines with so many are geared toward beginners, seniors, and myself who suffer from debilitating diseases. I was recently diagnosed with Hypermobile Dysautonomia and Vasovagal Syncope. These illnesses affect regulation of BP, heart rate, body temperature, metabolism, overextension of joints etc. I was wondering if you knew, if just gentle rebounding would still be beneficial? As i'm having difficulty finding information online.

Hi there and thanks so much for reaching out and for your lovely compliments! I honestly don't know the answer to your question. Has your physician discussed exercise options with you? You could definitely ask about rebounding.

Arm work was tough today. Had shots on both arms yesterday and pickleball this morning. I’m sure my husband would disagree but I don’t get in really bad moods often. And when I do, I get over it quickly.

Yikes! I'll bet that arm workout was tough after shots AND pickleball! Same here...bad moods are few and far in between.
