Hilariously, since I've had a back injury and am a lot more sedentary for a while, I've been taking Metamucil, and right on the package it has a dosage of two rounded teaspoons per day for regularity, and 4 for weight loss. Weight loss?? By drinking 4 drinks of Metamucil? Uh ... ew.

*Those of us who remember Woodsy Owl* also remember how it was in the 1970s and even the 1960s. Food was expensive in relation to the overall household budget, and frankly, not as common. It wasn't will power back then, we ate what we could get, but it was a matter of what we could get. If I wanted fish, I had to go fishing. If I wanted something veggy, I had to go forage. If I wanted to eat dinner and my sisters to eat dinner, I had to find some odd job to do to earn literally a few dollars then we'd agree on what we wanted for dinner and get it and cook it. There was most certainly not an abundance of calories.

As an AC tech, it's said your system is 60% of your electric bill. 50% if you have a pool. Comfort comes with a price. Welcome to adulthood, teens. The world of compromise, sacrifice, and thank-less work.

The only thing that I am completely sure about is that I don't know everything. Also, while not developed yet, with progress on mind to machine interfaces, it may be possible to have telepathy via technopathy. Because yes, it would be via a technological medium, but it would still be mind to mind communication.

I dont agree with this because u can still make something of urself if ur attractive. ugly people can get hit with depression and anxiety with how they've been treated their whole lives. whether ur attractive or ugly, YOU still have to put the work in to be someone

I'm alone in the middle of nowhere on a farm with rescue animals... I love it every day. Loneliness doesn't have any effect on me personally... and friends understand and respect this... Most of the obscure statistics in these Loneliness studies are created as a form of socially active marketing. Good on you for following some factual studies Ceric! Well done! (No sarcasm... I really appreciate the work you put into your content... so this is a big thank you!)

@6:00 this is just herd mentality. Everyone does this. Every fishing bro wears backwards sunglasses and a salt life tee shirt. A guy isn't a real man unless he drives a certain level of truck. You aren't a real coffee drinker unless you use a aeropress

As a Nigerian, i am genuinely baffl d by how dumb and borderline evil .anybod these progressive policies and cultures are🤔 I mean, here we have some groups and tribes with terrible policies and culture (some Muslim politicians and elites collude with terrorists) but i would imagine westerners would be smarter than this. Why would you let stealing be okay?

I'd like to point out that the whole "saturated fat causes heart problems" was funded by Proctor and gamble in the 40s and they essentially paid off the AHA to say this (their research was very flimsy) so they could sell Crisco, many scientists are now disproving the sat. fat causes heart disease to dispel the "veggie oil is better than tallow" bullshit we've literally been fed our whole lives you can read more about it on the National Library of medicine.gov

Looks, beauty, attractiveness matters the most in almost every aspect of life. Welcome to the society we live in. As someone who grew up fat and ugly then got into shape. Being fat and ugly hell, and being attractive is the closest thing to heaven. "Only a man who's been burned knows what Hell is truly like"

Hybrids are actually great cars for your wallet. Running on the battery you charge as you drive from time to time reduces the amount of gas you use, and gas is expensive. It's the obnoxious smugness of some people that everyone hates.
