A very, very busy week in Chianni with the arrival of a special friend from NZ, meeting 2 lovely new friends from Florence, an update of our cantina restoration and FINALLY, the arrival of my beautiful new baby...BEEBEE!!!

Ciao and thank you so much for joining us for our local fun! Thank you for your kind wishes and comments about Lajatico. We were there during the siesta time ...always a quieter time to visit any small village, as everyone is indoors and shops are closed. It started to liven up as we left for the Teatro del Silenzio. However Lajatico isn't a busy bustling village except when concerts are on or at the weekend. Whenever we have been in the mid afternoon, it has always been quite sleepy, which I prefer. A presto! xoxoxo
