May I respectfully ask if you know what causes the asymmetry that results your mouth to pull up to the left side? Were you always like that from birth or f it is aging related asymmetry? It is important to know before trying your exercises because asymmetry is not a desired effect although some of us happen to experience that due to genetics and/or aging. I also wonder if you are not able to treat yourself with exercises being a facial exercise specialist. Respectfully...

so far the best video on anti-aging face massage and love that you do not talk during the massage as other people on KZbin do which shows the person moving their lips all the time. it has close captions for people which is a plus for people with hard of hearing

Would also request you to understand you ever notice that when you exercise ie rotate right hand 12 times and left hand 8 times then does the one rotating higher times increases its length or has any farak? Or when you visit a beauty parlour you massage one chin 10 times and another 8 times, does it make the difference? Does one side is lower then other? its kept proportionate by परमात्मा.Surrender to परमात्मा and not to maintenance of the body. Invest your time in chanting. Understand “मौनातले बोलणे”means when you message, the message speaks what have in your mind. Reflect on the structure of the heart within the rib’s cage; if reversed, it depicts a lotus flower, delicately settled between the ribs without any external support. Even rib’s cage is अव्यक्त.Similarly, understand the placement of the lungs, meticulously positioned to retain the entire respiratory system. Each individual has a pair of eyes, a pair of ears, singular nose and similarly other body parts. So Uniformity resides in this aspect across all individuals without any exception. As mentioned in Srimad Bhagwat Geeta 9th Adhya,4th Shlok मया ततमिदं सर्वं जगदव्यक्तमूर्तिना | मत्स्थानि सर्वभूतानि न चाहं तेष्ववस्थित By Me, in My unmanifested form, this entire universe is pervaded. All beings are in Me, but I am not in them. There is no Dharm,जात in creation of human beings. Just like furniture at our home is made from wood, similarly furniture at other’s home is also made from wood. But the looks, shapes of every chair, table is different. Here Wood is तत्त्व.We all come in diverse shapes and forms, much like the variety you see in furniture, but being made from the same basic materials. So You are God-made. For instance Just as when you visit a shop and ask for your necessities like groceries or vegetables. In similar manner what you ask in ब्रह्म you receive it. When you offer prayers to the Devi, she with out fail protects you. Chanting any devotional Stotras like Srilalita Panchratnam,SriLalita Sahastranam,Sri Mahishasur mardini,Sri Durga Kavach,Sri Durga Chalisa can have profound effects on our skin and overall well-being. You can chant and then immediately massage your face, you will see a blissful face-glow. I am writing without any selfish motives. Requesting you to give a thought. Hari Om Tat Sat.

I was a bit skeptical because I didn't see any results in the first 10 days and I was reading that people had results in the first days... But after 2 weeks, I can say that I see my cheeks being more "up" and my jawline more define. Also, even when I didn"t see results in the first 10 Days, it did burn and work the muscles, there wasn't any visible results though. I will combine with Gua Sha also for lymphatic drainage.

hi lisa, thank you so much for this video! i just did it once and i saw some improvements over night! for me, the first time i noticed my sign of aging was the eye bags when i smile (especially when i take photos). i read that they are caused by fat "clumping" together as there is not much muscle under our eyes. so i think your method of training the muscles under the lower eyelids really helps! i have a question, recently i started noticing Marionette Lines forming from the corners of my lips towards my lower cheeks. i wonder which exercise i should particularly do more to improve this area? 🙈

Hello and Thank You From Oklahoma I faithfully do at least 3 of your exercises on a regular basis. I am 63 years old with light wrinkling of the neck, deep laugh lines so I see subtle results, I’m hoping mostly for longevity by the time I’m 70 maybe I’ll still look 63.. lol

Good morning Lisa, I just wanted to comment because I love your facial yoga and massage videos, they have definitely helped slow down the aging process. But one amazing thing I have noticed since completing the exercises in this video is that my eyelid looks normal again! Back in February, I suffered from a nasty stye infection which left me with a red/pink discoloured eyelid. I noticed last night that the discolouration has vanished and I feel so much more confident without makeup. Thank you so much ☺️ x
