Lisa, these exercises are amazing! I was unaware of the amount of tension I was holding in these facial areas. It’s day 3 for me and I can see a visible reduction in the forehead lines. 😊 I also wanted to share with you , and pass along to others that I woke up with a migraine this morning and turned to this video. You are so welcome! It's incredible how much tension we hold in this area, that's why I wanted to make this a 5 minute routine that you can do as often as you like either stand alone or even adding it onto another routine! x

I tried some of your facial exercises for fun, but not sure if I should develop a routine. Looking far younger than my age was already ingrained in my genetics because of my parents. I'm 45, but people often mistaken me for 18-25. My niece's friends even asked her if her "uncle was a vampire".

As a new subscriber, I love these videos but I have to admit I'm confused. I started the other day after finding your face lift video from 3 years ago, added one from a year ago (both great) but looking at the channel, it seems like the facial exercises either change or more or added over time. How do I figure out what to actually do because I cant do all of them it seems and being in my 60's, I need the help😅

That is so kind of you! My son is 12 kg now and is a little clingy koala, so I think he has contributed somewhat! That must be tough on you, I have found that I am enjoying a slower pace when it comes to working out these days, and I want my online studio to reflect that too now xx

Hi Jan, the extra videos are for variety, as I believe that gets best results! Just like with physical exercise for the body, if you do the same thing day in day out your results will plateau, so I like to give my subscribers variety! There is no particular one that is better than the other (they are all great!) all I recommend is 10 mins a day. If you have a particular trouble area or one of the videos really takes your fancy you can focus more on one, but variety is the spice of life! There are enough videos so you could do a different one each day of the week :)
