I felt so relieved being diagnosed with PMDD. I thought I was crazy it felt so good to have something explain what’s happening. My doctor has me on Zoloft and the pill. I took Zoloft first and helped so much. Started taking the pill and it’s good but I feel a lot of what I need to feel to release negative emotions is suppressed. It’s weird idk

Your video made me give the disc a try. I stopped using a cup because it was just too troublesome. Insertion was sometimes hit or miss. I could never get the suction and angle completely right. And I would leak often because my periods are heavy and the cups never lasted more then 2-4 hours on my heaviest days. So I’d use pads as a 2nd layer of protection a lot . But the disc is so much more comfortable and reliable. They’re larger, easier to place, And I love the auto dumping. If I wash my hands before I use the bathroom, then autodump, I can reach inside and make sure its back positioned correctly and wear it for a few more hours. Worry free 😊
