The rear bumper is so nice, i like how its short and shows all the bottom of the car, exaust and suspension. Only downside i see is the lights are not LED

The JB64 car has no fenders I wish we could get a kit that can allow arches and have no holes. But I wish these fender kits did not come with those stupid fake bolts, some people want a clean looking fender

@@JIMNYSTYLE in a few years portal axles may be the beginning of a build! Hopefully demand may drive the prices down... 2 years ago I made a similar comment asking "where are the portals?" On a Bronco off road racing build, most comments were negative however 2 years later portals were installed on the same project!

I believe there are systems on the market that can bypass it, but the system is useful. It notified us of a rapidly deflating tyre recently

That rear number plate looks bloody awful. I know it’s a JDM fad and found on riced up old Jap cars. But still…. 😮 Is there no way to get the number plate on the bumper? Does the bumper support the reversing camera or parking sensors?

So, any weight you putting on it, stress the plastic clippers. Just remove totally the plastic cover and hold everything on metal. Otherwise the construction works only for "tactical looking". 😂

Wish there was an easier way rather than using those T connectors, a piggy back connector would be nice idea that way you can return it to stock and the stock harness is not damaged

Does this have a reverse light as well or is it just fog and the other side has the reverse

For UK/European spec cars the Jimny has 1x reverse light and 1x fog light - our LHD/RHD-specific LED Tail Lights reflect this (this is the spec shown in the video). For Australia/NZ/Mexico etc. spec cars, the Jimny has 2x reverse lights and no fog light, so our NO FOG specific LED Tail Lights reflect this. I hope that helps.

Is it possible to change the halogen headlights for leds? I haven’t seen it for sale

There are aftermarket LED headlights that can be installed, but typically they aren't great and might not be legal in your country. The OEM LED headlights physically fit, but the wiring connectors are completely different and, to remain legal, you also need to install the headlight washer system and automatic self-levelling system from an SZ5 model. A quicker and easier alternative is fitting high quality LED bulbs into the original headlights.

Hello 🙋‍♂️. I hope you are well !! Quick question please: In an earlier episode your technical (installer) chap indicated that your Company is moving to, newer, bigger and better premises - and, your are also hopeful in getting a “fitting service centre” up and running 🏃 in tandem with this move !! How far away are you on this ?? My point is; If I brought a brand new Jimny and asked you politely to do ALL the modifications on my new unit that you have done thus far in all your YT Vids - is this possible ?? I would be interested in dropping off my new car and letting you do all the modifications and coming back later on - to pick my modified car up from the; new fitting service centre. My car will be solely used as a weekend camping ⛺️ unit, with some light off-road ventures. Please advise when time permits, when in your estimation (time wise) this will become a reality ?? Right now - if I just buy all your suggested add - ons, and get another garage to fit them on my behalf - it just is not financially feasible !! Also, I would hope that once you start this “new fitting service centre” that all new “additional add - ons” you come up with will be further prompted by emailing all your existing customers to inform them. This will help, in order for them to make the call to get them added to their cars if they do wish. !! Thanks 🙏 Take care and stay safe 🫶 James ✌️

Thanks for a very informative video. One question, will changing the wheels and tyres from stock to 16 inch 215/70 AT tyres affect the speedo and odo readings?

Glad to hear that you enjoyed it! 215/70R16 tyres will affect the speedo by a tiny amount; off the top of my head it’s roughly 2%

i bought several items and i can say the quality is really bad, i ordered the power supply adapter for jimny left drive and i received the right drive.... i have considered the items so bad that i threw them in the trash......also the customer care is really bad.

As i bought 235 85 r 16 bfg ko2 for my jimny xl (5door), wil be doing a 50mm lift kit and 25mm body lift block, i just hope that wil work, as the vehicle is about to get deliver next week

I completely agree - there's so much wasted space under there! We had previously prototyped a storage system that would involve a flip-up flat deck that sat much lower then the OEM floor, but had space underneath for storing some items. Unfortunately, the install would have been quite intensive for the customer and would have required changing the polystyrene tool kit holder for the smaller SZ4/SZ5 version, which would add expense and more shipping charges. It might be something we revisit in the future though

I love the sound of the exhaust. It's kind of hard to find good audio samples of the offerings out there, but from what I can hear the Highpeak system makes it sound like an old school rally car.

The Forge Exhaust also offers a similar rally car style burble on idle, albeit louder than the HIGH PEAK system. If you had your eyes closed and you didn't know better, you might think that the Jimny is a baby Subaru!

I have an idea for your next accessory! An iPad mount that fixes over the OEM screen would be an amazing accessory for the lacklustre Suzuki infotainment system. May be easy to develop as it would just be a plastic piece. Those videos are really interesting and are certainly something to consider for the Jimny! We do have plenty of customers who run iPads alongside their stereo/head unit to use various off-roading/green laning apps, but perhaps both items could be integrated. Definitely something to think about!
