An excellent measure of psychological health is the level of cognitive dissonance present. The 80s Band The Police had and excellent song "Synchronicity". According to a fantastic line in this song when mind, emotions, words and deeds align, you are achieving wholeness. I think you are doing fantastic work here. Jung has clearly presented us with the dangers here. You are presenting us with real working solutions.

Thank you for the comment Walter. I loved the Police when I was younger and didn’t even make that connection! I’ll have to listen 👂 Blessings 🙏♥️

@@HumbleUMedia for me I had this realization of myself separated from the ego . My identity was built on my ego which was loaded with distorted ideas based on what I thought was expected of me by family and friends. There was a lot of shame, insecurities etc . This is who I thought I was and paradoxically I tried to hide this or over compensate for it . Once the self was separated I realized who I truly am which is the same as every one else and that I don’t need to be anyone else . The video is highly symbolic and the symbolism really rings with me because I speak in very similar ways. I love metaphors. They’re very instructive. I found the magnet symbol interesting. I think the ego sickness actually cries for it’s own salvation and draws us down into the depths or self as a act of self preservation. The fish was also interesting because of its elusiveness. We have to seek it . It is I believe the Christ within all us and it gives rebirth through the self to a new ego . I don’t know but I think this is what the process you were describing in the video.

A lady sat in her house of darkness when someone came to visit her. The visitor seen that the lady had a working lantern. I asked, do you have a working lantern? Why don’t you use it to light your house the the lady said why bother lighting my house when no one comes to visit me. The visitor said no one knows your home because you haven’t let the lantern. That’s why no one comes to visit you.
