Thanks you for this. I’ve read Jung for years, it was just words, a month ago it became my entire reality.

Stumbled on your channel. Got exposed to Jung through Peterson but was disenfranchised with him because of Peterson’s exploitation of Jung for his own gain. Good to come around back to him for a refresher and you are actually a good presenter. Animated and good. Cheers

Yep! Peterson is definitely out for personal gain! Realized that after a few of her teachings and his extreme political involvement

Joseph, I feel like I’ve found your content somewhere near exactly when I needed to. I’ve experienced a sporadic series of internal shifts based on realizations in the past several years. They began when I tried to expose something painful from my past through family, with nothing but the whole truth as the goal. That set me on whatever path I’ve been on since. It’s been a wild ride! I believe that the poetic stuff in this video that mused through Jung and then you was a reaffirmation to keep going forward with wherever this path may lead me. Thanks again for the beautiful and insightful content! 🖖🏻

Carl Jung on Inner Light We are not used to thinking that light comes from within as well as from without, it is as if the eye had an inward light of its own, if we receive a blow on the head for instance, we see stars. ~Carl Jung, ETH Lecture III, 17May 1935, Pages 210.

So the opposite of the sermon on the mt?
@ronniesunshine11152 жыл бұрын
Thanks for this video. An interesting inner dialogue with, and even reversal of, Jesus' Sermon on the Mount. This strikes me as the way scriptures should be engaged with, by challenge of assumptions, by turning them on their head, and by an inner struggle with one's own soul. Jung would also develop this method in his "Answer to Job." Thanks for your videos and for showing the relevance of Jung in these times.

Yes! Answer to Job is an eye opener for those willing to take it on. 🙏 Appreciate you.

a reversal only because Gnostics were backwards men. looking at themselve in the mirror of fate and not through themselves from their inner eyes. the mind has 1 A'YIN but the heart has 4. thus the true person has 7 eyes of the Body as does the Lamb who was slain from the foundation of the Earth.

Everything that irritates us about others can lead us to an understanding of ourselves.” Carl Jung. Control your self, i bet jung would laugh at that line.
