I have had two first was 12 cores 2nd was 24, both were done with a local injected in prostate. Seriously for me the worst parts was the insertion of the probe/ultrasound, just very uncomfortable. I had no issues, but everyone is different. A coworker had his about week after mine, he freaked out , panicked and passed out. We had the same Doc. I had blood in urine and semen for about a week or two, best thing you can do to clear it up is keep the pipes clean. Fortunately no cancer for me, my coworker was not so lucky. Currently doing the foot work for a third biopsy.

I'm a big fan of oatmeal, but am confused by the steel cut oats at my local supermarket. I used to get McCann's traditional steel cut Irish oats, but they stopped carrying it and now only carry "Quick & Easy Steel Cut Irish Oats" that say they're ready in 5 minutes. Have you tried those?

"The prayer of faith will heal the sick' " My grandson Joseph Jacob aged ten years old was diagnosed with 4th stage cancer and was advised six months of chemo. With prayers we started chemotherapy inJune 2024. July God gave us this verse before the blood test. But if the Spirit of him that raised up JESUS from the dead dwell in you, he that raised up Christ from the dead shall also quicken your mortal bodies by his Spirit that dwelleth in you. The result of the blood test was perfect. PRAISE the LORD. After three weeks before the scan God gave this verse. "Blotting out the handwriting of ordinances that was against us, which was contrary to us, and took it out of the way, nailing it to his cross; and having spoiled principalities and powers,he made a show of them openly triumphing over them in it. The sca n report was" cancer free " PRAISE the LORD GOD ALMIGHTY FATHER in the mighty name of JESUS CHRIST. He is enjoying his normal food and prayer meetings and gatherings, God hears and answers our prayers. He is Wonderful,He sends His word and heals us.

A prostate biopsy is a fast and relatively painless procedure. They put you under sedation and give you an antibiotic. It takes about 20 minutes. Your butt may be a little sore and there may be some blood in the urine, but otherwise it is fine m.

Premixed store bought necture are harmfull and dangerous to feed to hummingbirds red or not. Be mindful of what you recommend as safe hummingbird food. You did enough research to pick a good feeder why not do the right thing and mix your own sugar water.

I've been buying the green interstate batteries and getting 5 years out of them. I go ahead and change them between 4 and 5 years just to make sure. I don't ever want to be broke down asking someone to give me a jump start in a parking lot in 104 degrees "feels like 120" Yeah maybe I'm wasting money by changing them before they die, but it's worth it to me. I was thinking about giving one of these optimas a try and just seeing how long I could get out of it. I've seen people get 8 to 10 years or more out of these

Good video. So, I am scheduled for colonoscopy next week. Not worried at all about the actual procedure, but the prep for it is a bit daunting. Not looking forward to over 24 hours of a clear liquid diet.
@parristx14 күн бұрын
The colonoscopy prep can be uncomfortable but it might help to think of it as a cleanse treatment that people pay extra for at the spa. Lifestyles of the rich and famous! Hang in there. 💪💪

I just did my 4th Cologuard test. and it came back positive-abnormal. So now I have to do a colonoscopy anyway. This is the first time I've actually had to poop in the box. Before it was just scraping a sample with the small pip and send that in. The only reassuring thing I have at this point is that they say 13% of positives are false positives.
@parristx14 күн бұрын
Sorry to hear you got that result this time around- but catching anything early is the key. And even if it was a false positive while they are in there they can snip and remove any polyps they find that might have caused problems down the road.

July 2024 Xylitol and similar artificial sweeteners, like erythritol, have recently been linked to blood clot formation and increased risk of heart attack and stroke.
@parristx14 күн бұрын
Yes, that news surprised me. Fortunately I have finished my Lupron treatment that was causing my dry mouth so I no longer need the XyliMelts but if I do need them again in the future I will have to research the risk/reward of using them.

@@parristx I have Sjogren's, so my dry mouth isn't going away. My gut cannot tolerate any amount of xylitol. I'm hoping this development will encourage manufacturers to produce dry mouth relief that actually works and doesn't contain xylitol.

I watched all of your videos Paris. All were excellent. But it seems to me that every treatment you had side effects occurred. With very bad side effects I might add. I am about to start treatment but listen thing to your videos I don't think I'm going to do any! I'm too scared listen to your stories.
@parristx13 күн бұрын
Some people have more serious side effects and some seem to breeze right through treatment. There doesn't seem to be a way to know in advance how it will be for any given person. But the illness we are getting treated for is very serious and so most people follow their doctor's advice and then do their best to minimize the side effects that might develop. I guess I am saying that for most people it seems worth the risk. If I had to do it over again I might change some aspects of my care- to reduce the side effects that developed- but I would still do the same treatments as I feel they have given me the best chance. I think that is a pretty strong recommendation- I have been through the side effects but I would still go through those treatments again.

Thanks! And that's the one that imploded down by the Titanic, right? The hyperbaric oxygen chamber does look a lot like a submarine or submersible- but for us the pressure is all on the inside. So the danger would be to people outside the chamber. I was impressed with all the safety protocols they had at the wound care center. Somebody gave a lot of thought to what kind of things could go wrong and they have backups and mechanisms for dealing with them- if the power goes out, if a pump fails, if there is a fire, if there is a medical emergency, etc.
