I dont have to be useful for the world. Thats just greedy of it, but wait.. so are we in manipulating each other into thinking ones thoughts. Just start to make your own reflections of what you perceive as reality and evaluate what is worth evaluating, as well as to stop. When it is worth to take in the moment or to take it out (all the way(and further..)).

you still need to follow 10000 steps before you can walk beside the master. a map of a farm will do enough to service most needs for half a lifetime. what use is geological knowledge of 1000 years from now? current mathematicians pursue pure math which deals with Nth dimensional things and astrophysicists chase parallel universes or the unfathomably small. it's a vain, pointless pursuit.

damn, I thought me and nietzche would be enemies but from this video I feel we will be best friends I disagree with nietzeche in everything he says and always doubt him for the thing he say but it turned out, that's exactly what he wants, nice

What if he shame is a good thing? For example, the kid doesn’t feel shame as grown person, so he can show his gentiles, and he don’t feel shame. The grown person will not do that because he will feel shame. In this case shame it’s not a blocker of a good think. How do we know what is a good shame and what is bad shame? Maybe those shames that blocking us they’re actually making us to grow in the correct direction? How to we know?

There’s a difference between being a skeptic and an inquirer. There’s also a difference between plain following and believing. Latter is important, former just breeds unhappiness.

I dont really agreed on a coffee shop example. Our world is way more complex and no one can guarantee that neither a bastard will be caught nor honest ppls will be rewarded. The world is mostly in a grey zone then rather black and white

Is Obsession with & Focus on the Self more of a modern day economic tool ? A Corporate has the legal rights of an individual, & Selfishness & Greed feed the Economy ! Isn`t Stoicism more in line with the ` No Separation ` idea of Buddha & Christ ( Self is an illusion / Everything is One with ` God ` ) ; Stoicism advocates for the expansion of the self, in which we not only understand, but feel a sense of kinship with all living things. This stoic concept, in which we expand our sense of self to encompass others, is called Oikeiôsis.

This doesn't exist in a modern society. Machiavellian thinking falls. You may think this works under this example. But it's more into deontology. So that works.

You went many miles too far, specially when you said porn junk food and videogames. Not only a HUGE generalization but also... First of all junk food, this one we all know it's only bad in excess so you can have your ocassional cheeseburger, well videogames are no difference, as long as they don't take more time than you're giving them, it's fine to play videogames as a hobby, kinda like drawing, or playing chess, or hearing music. Porn is kinda bad tbh, but it is not something you want to get stuck on SPECIALLY as a teenager, since your hormones are peaking it'll be really hard to stop it so just try to tone it down a little if you can and you'll be fine. Don't get your mind on this

the thing is I kinna feel being detached from myself, maybe because recently I've really going hard, trying dopamine detox, etc, and so iam kinna feel brainwashed because of consuming too much self help which has lead me to overthink my every step of life especially, the way I act with other like did I acted well, did I responded correctly in the convo, could I have said something else bullshits like that, also I feel which way is morlly correct, like always overthinking about my life choices and acting in which way is appropriate

The ability to think clearly depends on... the ability to think clearly. Conflating skill with ability is a sign of failure to think clearly.
