Bullshit crap, just look at crackheads on the streets? In London UK people get shot or stabbed daily over crack and drugs and gang crime, its a total mess. How can you escape the ghetto? You are very lucky you even heard of 'Marcus Aurelius'. Down in the hood, it don't work like that mate. No child with the glint of a star in their eyes ever read that book sadly, in the gangland tower blocks of London in 2025. The world is f*****ed up. Evil. Subscribed.

I would say with micromanagement of self and a focus on a strong goal. I see things at work that I don't like, but it is what it is. I say that to myself as I see it and start feeling frustrated about it. Sometimes, now later on, I still mess up and get irrational for work purposes. But it's in the past and I can improve. Little by little I learn the habits and accomplish goals more autonomously. It's frustrating and overwhelming at first, but it is with dedication that we show our resiliency and break out of our old mould and ways. We are trainable to what we want even with ADHD. We just find another way.

My side = no excuse for myself, "everything" considered and provided and tested Your side = no excuse for me, no a single word My game = considerate(I know your pro-cons) versus inconsiderate(later) I can and able Your handicaps = your problem I scare manpower-base, profiled commandos and regimental-sargeant-major and ... Wrong to everything. In life, same as military, the older you get, the more experienced you are, the better the portfolio, the bigger the blast, the more lethal the back-blasts, the area.sss to be strict are different in classrooms and outfield. Apply to prevent inconvenience self. If you get voluntary theory-actual modules, you get Democratic teacher. When needed, out in battle, you should keep up or get left behind. The more democratic, the more no-excuse, the more left-for-dead

Every affirmation strenghtens will. the principle of f**k around and find out is the greatesf of all goals and triumps over some weak thing like comfort. The world is always getting worse and at the same time getting easier because the promises are mirages with no credibilty remaining.

I get this, but isn’t there a balance? Isn’t there a time when shame is in fact good? For example a pdffile? Do you say be yourself and do what you feel? I feel it’s like with everything. There needs to be balance. We tread a line.

I know who I am. I don't fool myself. I know my limitations. I want to grow and work on those limitations. Strengthen my positive attributes, but the nonsense that invaded my life is holding me back. Only an enemy would want me to clean toilets.

Your breakdown of how clarity leads to better problem-solving is incredibly valuable. I loved the example of Marcus Aurelius and how he cultivated his thoughts through his Meditations-it's a strong reminder of the power of reflection and organization in our own lives. The if-then statements technique is practical and makes a lot of sense; it encourages intentional action and helps us learn from our feedback. This video has inspired me to apply clearer thinking in my daily decisions. Keep up the fantastic work; your content always sparks meaningful reflection!
