Definitely the yarn, but my mom recently made me a gorgeous shawl for after my knee surgery. I wore it every single day of my recovery 🩷

Totally up to the knitter, I knit everything - socks, sweaters, cardigans, steek and more. I think the only knit thing I'd like is if I had a friend who love to do all over colorwork (which I also have done, but do not enjoy the time it takes as much). So, I'd prefer the gift card. I'd knit almost anything for the person who bought me the yarn and pattern they'd like.
