Amazing Video man! How is this via ferrata compared to Daubenhorn in terms of total climbing time and difficulty?
@ZenHikingSwitzerland5 күн бұрын
hi! Daubenhorn is much longer and it has some difficult passages. I think Piz Trovat is rated hardest because of the Crux (Bizeps-Wall), which is relatively short but power-intensive. Are you thinking to do one of those?

@@ZenHikingSwitzerland Thanks for the reply! I'm planning on doing both of them next year ;)
I like the `philosophy` of Zen-buddhism and climbing...I do a bit of urban climbing in Switzerland. (Check if interested...)

This video inspired me to try out Via Ferratas, and yesterday I successfully completed this one (after a couple other ones)! It was amazing and pretty tough.

Original: Beautiful, mate. You had me sweating to find this hut! Took me 2 hours analyzing your footage + Google Maps + other sources :-) Thanks for the involuntary breadcrumbs you left behind. I hope I'll be able to go there. Love remote areas like those. I sometimes go up to less remote huts, but just before winter: the hut is still open but I'm alone. Cheers and stay safe. Add-on: I removed my other content. Don't want to make it too easy for others to find the location (although one needs to know a bit the regional topography of Swiss Mountains to do so), as I agree that some places should be left a little bit hidden. Furthermore, this trail is registered as a T4 (T4+) hike, therefore not for everyone. Thanks for your videos.
