At least she had the good sense of not raising the child herself. He really got lucky that way. She just wasn't a mother, not everyone is.

You could see Agne's "uptightness" on their silly TV specials. She reminded me of "Church Lady" from SNL , clutching her purse in judgement of others. Body language speaks volumes !!! Karen is a champion in so many ways ! God bless her .🩷🙏🩷

So the whole thing with this guy is that supposedly his voice ruined his career, and you do this whole video without giving a sample of it. Thumbs down..

I have struggled with anorexia and bulimia all my life. I’m 70 and underweight. Always on a diet. I have identified with Karen for years and understand her pain. My sister criticized my weight at the age of 12 and was a catalyst. I never received proper treatment. It is a complicated disease and was not understood for many years. I’ve always just hidden it. Incidentally there was favoritism in my family too. I understand Karen’s pain very well and am sorry she suffered so. It was very obvious that she needed help that came to late. Rest in peace Karen. We love your music!

So he's ordering tonic water at gay bars run by the mafia in 1929 or not. People paid General Noriega to be informant it's the same thing a different way. 😢 As the BOI now the FBI. But It is what it is as that goes. LGBTQI is no overtness at all. I believe he looked sexy in a mini skirt is why I believe that.

The study you cite used a faulty metric to form a false conclusion. In fact, women's representation in golden age Hollywood was better than any other era, including today. Half the big stars were women, and 70% of movie audiences were female. Amaral is not a Hollywood historian, as you point out. Anyone who seriously studies classic film knows his findings are malarky. It is true that women writers, producers, directors were scarce in this era, but on screen women flourished.

I'm confused, at around 11:10, she gets married to Bunny Rogers and it says they will be married for the rest of Pickford's life, then it says they get divorced in 1936 as their marriage was unsalvageable. Whose marriage?

That was a glamorous age . Beauty was showcased and enjoyed by all and a beautiful woman could earn a good living from just being viewed and glorified. Those days are gone forever ….you tell a woman she’s beautiful now you’ll end up in court
