I personally switched to 5W-30 as well, but the biggest thing that’s more important your oil every 3 to 5000 miles

Should I put an oil additive when changing the oil with high mileage full synthetic 5w-30?

Hello, great video. Could this switch be locked on as to operate a continuous device like an auger or rotary cutter?

They include the screws so that after your buddy drops it on the floor, you can still use it.

Did you use the impact anymore times with it? I have 2 of these bead breakers but I'm worried about using my impact driver. I was looking for a high torque drill to use. What drill are you using here? Thanks 🙂

How it can get loose? What a nonsense ...... if it get loose, it would lock itself, right? right? .... of course, if this "feature" is a thing, which is NOT!

I play around with vintage 2-stroke motorcycles, so a friend brought over two of these thinking I could help him out. I had zero idea how these work. Nicely done. Food grade grease...got it!! If you are a baker, you are going to send all your profits away cake icing...but all the kids will be happy...;-)) All kidding aside, Thank you!!! This was extremely helpful, to the point, and part numbers to boot.

Great video! This might have saved me time and money! I am wondering if your pin was also burned on your module? Mine is and I have seen a video stating that they just cleaned up the pin on the module but I'm not sure if I should just replace it as well. I did buy the whole kit with the module and the pigtail kit, but I'm not sure if I need all of that. Thank you!

Just did a full timing job on mine Phasers, roller followers, lash adjusters, chains, guides, tensioners and a melling HV oil pump. Wasn't too terrible just very time consuming and learned a bit about it's workings. Feel better knowing it's got all the updated and upgraded parts.

Definitely take pictures of the cam caps and be absolutely sure you're putting them back in the correct spots on the correct sides (passenger/driver) Other than that just look up Fordtechmakuloco's timing walkthrough. His videos are super thorough and he lists all the tools/parts that are needed. Don't skimp on the job and buy off brand parts like cloyes or freedom racing. OEM for best longevity and performance.

I would even recommend 5w40, 10w40, or 0w40 depending on where you live for high mileage Triton 3vs. As they get older, more shit breaks and these engines have a HUGE issue with oil pressure, even with a high volume oil pump. Having that more viscous oil helps keep these engines running for a long time. Also, 40w doesn’t have an impact on the VCT system and isn’t too thick for the oil passages. Just have 5,000 mile OCI and you’ll be fine.

I just followed your video to take care of this problem in my Whirlpool dishwasher, so thanks.. It used to drive my wife absolutely crazy. BUT I have a FREE hack for everyone - instead of the repeat buying of those worthless factory pads. Just cut 1/2 inch wide sections from excess 5/8 inch automotive heater hose (old school). Heat up the sections in hot water to make them pliable enough to slip on and you just fixed the door for nothing. The heater hose will probably last longer too.

Looks fairly straight forward. What concerns me is that your unit is only 10 years old. Mine is 34 years old and I have never done any service like this, but I believe that it is still working fine. So it looks like I will be doing this service very soon!! Thank you

I've heard about this locking chuck,,, But I just not believe that it really worked. I've never tried it consistently to find out. Now I will try it and see if it works or if it is bogus. I would think it would be in the directions and it is not. At least know where I can find.

Thanks for this. Ours is just over two years old and this just happened to it. The door just lost all resistance… will slam all the way down to the floor if I open it with the same force I’ve always used and it won’t hold itself in position no matter how gentle I am with it. Now I understand why. Wow… that IS a stupid design. Glad it’s a cheap & relatively easy fix though. Just ordered a 2-pack of the friction pads (part# WP8268961).
