Did the valves stay not you compressed the engine cylinder or filled it with rope

if your doing a full timing job, i highly recommend installing a Melling high volume oil pump, increases oil volume by about 25 %..... about 160.00 from summit

I'm rebuilding a 5.4 3v. Just wondering if your springs have spring seat cups/locators?

Will this work with a 6.8 liter v10 triton?
