I have always wanted to see the process of cheese making. I found this fascinating. The reason I watched your video was I just read an article that Camembert cheese is special due to the molds. It strengthens brain function. I am also amazed with your patience. I could see my husband being into this as a hobby when he retires. Thanks for the video.

Of course, everything here looks delicious, Dale. However, those biscuits are really catching my eye! I sure love a good biscuit. I use my Mom's "Bakewell Cream" baking powder that's famous for the Bakewell mile-high biscuits. Have you ever heard of the Bakewell? I grew up in Maine and it was a staple in many a kitchen...

P.S. I just read that if you use honey - it accelerates the fermentation and rise. Maybe then less dough would have filled your Pullman pan? That's a beautiful dough, just seeing it makes me eager to start my own bread making again!

Good Morning, Dale & Angel... Believe it or not, I recently came across the unopened envelope with your dehydrated sourdough starter within! I'm pretty sure it's still viable since it has been kept in a suitable place? I'm hoping that I'll finally have the time & ambition over this winter to employ it in a loaf or two of the ordinary sourdough bread. Like so many others here, I miss seeing you at The Cabin.
