Everything is looking great! For the last 2 years I "planned" my garden, planted according to directions, etc., and nurtured/fertilized/watered the plants...all with very poor results. This year I just put the seeds in the ground and said 'good luck'. So far, this years plants look much better than the past 2 years. We'll see how they produce.

Plants are so dar along for eaely June. I guess rhe containers and raised beds cause the soil to be so much warmer that you are getting good growth already. My Dad would have ro replant carrots seeds if he planted this early on Campobello Island in a traditional garden due to soil temperatures in the Spring.

Yes I guess that would be part of it but May was also an exceptional early spring month not hot by any stretch of the imagination but mild and dry.
