I’m surprised the New England Asters aren’t present on the island. I agree they’re very beautiful. They pop up every year in my yard in upstate NY. Good luck with your latest experimental plantings!

@@12053mike there are several wildflowers that are in abundance not too far from here that don’t exist here on the island black-eyed Susans comes to mind lots of them within 100 km of here but none here also eastern white pine trees not very far from the island you’ll find lots of those, but there are very few here on the island.

Thank you for letting us know and the Milk Weeds . Someone gave me a Marigold kind of late was afraid it wouldn't grow but Jesus send 4 blooms and in a different colors and another person gave me a yellow Chrysanthemum thought it die but it may say hi in spring 🌱 And you know how good these are at keeping mosquitos n flies away . Trying to make someCranberry Orange bread 🍞. Good see you again !

Hi Dale, glad to see a vlog up! Hope you and Angel are having a pleasant fall...We are recovering from the epic hurricane. Im going to still try for a small winter garden. Ive revisited several of your videos lately. I really enjoy the "Cabin" as most of us do agree...And CHEESE!! Im going to attempt making a small batch.

Many schools of thought on that one I guess. If it is the plants rather than the seed I prefer to plant them in the spring which gives them a chance to get established and set down roots before their first winter.
