How does one become a "14 time world champ? Does that mean you lost the title 14 times or....you defended your title 14 times? I don't know women's boxing.

Thanks for the video. I'm a bit concerned about my first sparring session in the gym. nobody uses headguard and most of them throw heavy punches. will it be too awkward if I'm the only one who uses head guard?

I'm 61 and very stiff in my lower body. I was finding myself too stiff to get all the way down into an elongated descida basica and negativa even after warming up with ginga. This workout is perfect for that! Thank you so much!
