My friend. One Piece is the KING of making you euphoric when a villian is finally trounced. If you loved that punch from Luffy, you will love this ENTIRE show. I would recommend skipping recaps and filler arcs. The canon arcs make the Pacing and Feel of the anine much better. I hate watching the anime for that reason. Welcome to the journey.

LOL The Mad Hatter in the “Arkham” games, and in “Batman: The Animated Series,” and maybe some other outlets, uses his expertise in hypnotism and mind control to get criminal dregs to do his bidding, and enhances their strength in the process. Of course, this is usually as a means to stand up to Batman in a fight.
