That's my problem. Extrovert, but when talking into camera trying to start my KZbin Channel, I feel off or critique the hect out of myself and can't think straight at times. Your totally right I'm thinking way too much how I look and what I'm saying. Thank you for sharing this.

Had this exact same idea and was searching the internet for someone who thinks the same. Glad i found this, all the validation i need to pursue this path. Am extremely self conscience cause i rent a room and the walls are thin, my neighbours can here me soo won't be talking about myself (also my life isn't all that interesting). I just started reading fantasy literature books while taking notes, and i think discussing the ideas, deeper meanings and mysteries of the story is far more exiting specially if it's a book you love. The passion will be evident and your alot more likely to observe yourself at your best and practice being at your best especially if you've really studied the book and know what you're talking about (knowledge+passion=Everything) . The 3 steps process of reading, taking notes, then discussing on camera is a great way of internalizing what your read. It also encourages me to read more daily cause...what else am i gonna talk about:)
