Thanks for watching!! 💯 That's probably an issue with twilio. You will have to send an empty reply back to the twilio webhook in multiform format. That's because if you don't send a webhook respons to twilio, it will just give that 'accepted' which means the message was accepted bij your scenario webhook. Also the voice that you are hearing might be the "twilio voice". It's a strange thing because I have not heard of that happening before. Where vapi voices and Twilio voices mix in a single call.

Yes it's more of an inbound caller. You can watch the omni sales agent video for an in depth on outbound callers :)

It might be misreferenced. Perhaps you could try pasting the airtable script into ChatGPT. I noticed that this tens to help people solve that problem.

Very true. But for beginners, I advise going hourly rate x estimated hours as fixed price first to get a feel for the market. After a couple projects clients will also pay your for your credibility, portfolio, specialized expertise, etc. That's when you promote above hourly work. Tool call ID is a key in the vapi payload (see vapi documentation under tool calls). The timezone is from the properties that the AI sends to your webhook.

Each Json has a payload. For example: "Voiceid": "9f8i3brof9f98jd" Actually means: "Setting": "your_choice" So if you find the setting you want to change, you can edit the 'choice' and that will be your new configuration. That is actually what json is, a way to communicate configurations or settings between computers :)

Sure can, you can also send it as metadata so the AI doesn't have to send it through by itsself. This resuces the chances of misspelling even if it already has the correct email.
