@@rarf2142 Gebruik deze settings: Deepgram (stt) op "NL" zetten Elevenlabs Multilingual (tts) kiezen en de default stem "Chris" selecteren. Gpt-4o-mini gebruiken (laatste versie) en prompten in het nederlands. Deze settings werken uitstekend.

The prompt for the agent is in the content property if the json. You can change it in any way you want really, just make sure not to add any conflicting characters like double quotes: " That will break the JSON

Both are possible. We always make a "team" environment specifically for the customer. This makes it easier to share access to the projects without granting access to all your scenario's.

The Vapi is already driven by an LLM. It's built with three core api's: - STT (ex. Deepgram) - LLM (ex. Openai or Anthropic) - TTS (ex. Elevenlabs) You could connect the vapi server url to a server (is even possible in a make.com scenario) where the transcription is analyzed by an ai in real-time. But I am not sure what you mean by rebuttals. Like to improve the replies?

The tools aren’t being called in the automation the only thing that triggers properly is the call and it only goes to the no website filter of the call

Any language but some sound more natural than others. Always make sure that you use multilingual version of elevenlabs when choosing a different language than english/spanish and also that the voice is made for that language. And set the transcription language code to the right one like en, du, nl, sp, etc.
