Building an offer is a very specific thing, I'll make a video about it! I've noticed that the best way to sell these things is by not selling anything. Just think with them, look for opportunities where it can enhance their business and ask them how they see it fit into their business. The technical side of crafting a pitch and a scalable offer I will dissect in a future video. Thanks for the feedback!

Tool call ID is a key in the vapi payload (see vapi documentation under tool calls). The timezone is from the properties that the AI sends to your webhook.

Hi Omer, you're most likely in the wrong tab. The get current user is the api that you use to get the uuid that you will use in the other api's. Hi, thank you so much for sharing this! I have a few questions. What is the "Leave a note" tool for? Why are we not using the "get today's time" tool? Can I use this to connect to a Google Calendar instead of Calendly? Could we build a tool to get the agent to reschedule and/or cancel bookings? And finally, would the agent be able to recognize the user's time zone? Thank you!

I'm glad you're excited about automation and programming! The "Leave a note" tool helps track important information, while "get today's time" may not be necessary here. Connecting to Google Calendar instead of Calendly is a great idea! Building a tool for rescheduling/canceling bookings is definitely possible. The agent could recognize the user's time zone with the right programming. It's exciting to explore these possibilities!

voice is a bit clunky, but in general, that's an interesting approach. I do have a question, however. Do you know if the system can be programmed to trigger the bot (answer the phone) after, let's say 4-5-6 beeps? I mean, if it's idk black Friday - too many calls, etc - can the system be activated only if the reception didn't pick up the phone?

Phone providers and ccc's like Twilio almost always, systems that transfer calls to a back-up number in case a receptionist for example can't pick it up. This is more of a provider issue, rather than with the Vapi system. But I've yet to see a provider that does not support this, whether it's cloud hosted or VoiP. You can even add it to a phone menu ("Press two to try our AI receptionist").

@@tesscreatives Hi Tess, I think Dutch voices have become pretty good. I noticed that if you reduce the token limit (or keep it at 250) and thereby the length of the AI's reply, then voices in other languages are pretty good. But if you go beyond 250 tokens, the risk of weird speech is higher. Also, use the ElevenLabs multilingual model. It's the best one out there for non-English languages. You can also experiment with non-dutch voices when you use the elevenlabs multilingual model. Another tip: make sure that your deepgram transcript generator is set to NL instead of EN. ​@@danishmalik83 that was a small mistake on my end. You first have to correctly configure the gettodaystime and getavailability scenario's including adding the tools to your vapi ai assistant. Then you have to set up the tool voor scheduling meetings (in vapi ai) and connect it to the make.com scenario webhook for scheduling meetings. Then you click run once, and call the assistant. It will go through the entire process but get stuck on this one. But that's okay because it will send all the data that you need to the webhook which you can then use like I did in the scenario. Also you can just download the blueprint for make.com on members.flireo.com The blueprint should work

Make sure your deepgram tra scription (second tab) is switched to the right language instead of "EN". 3. Browse the voice library for a russian or uzbek voice. Bro idk why I did all of the setup in VAPI even added the MAKE webhook and after testing it once it worked well but in the next try the VAPI setup got changed automatically. @@Douwe-o1g you actually need to use your own variables. I thought you could copy mine but it misreferences the module number when others import the blueprint. So if you first run the scenario once, (by calling the agent for example). Then the variables will be filled in.
