When you said, you can start a SAAS company pretty easy and learn how to code in a few months... I knew you were full of it.

Why would you want to teach people how to do this? Is there a kick back to you? I am going to try your method. I also own a salon that I am looking for better pricing on products I currently sell in my salon. My goal is to payoff all of my personal bills then purchase a Lamborghini 😊 I guess I am wondering why there are so many people wanting to teach people the ins and outs of selling via your methods.

Here are 25 reasons to be cautious about investing in digital homes in the virtual world: 1. **Market Volatility**: The value of digital assets can fluctuate wildly, leading to potential losses. 2. **Lack of Regulation**: The virtual real estate market is largely unregulated, increasing the risk of fraud and scams. 3. **Technological Obsolescence**: Virtual worlds can become outdated as technology evolves, potentially making digital properties worthless. 4. **Limited User Base**: The appeal of virtual worlds is still niche, and their user base may not grow as expected. 5. **Dependence on Platforms**: Digital homes are tied to specific platforms, which can shut down or change policies, affecting your investment. 6. **High Initial Costs**: The initial investment can be substantial without guaranteed returns. 7. **Uncertain Legal Framework**: The legal status of virtual property ownership is unclear in many jurisdictions. 8. **Security Risks**: Digital assets are vulnerable to hacking and cyberattacks. 9. **Limited Utility**: Unlike physical property, digital homes have limited practical use. 10. **Speculative Nature**: The value of digital real estate is highly speculative, based on future potential rather than intrinsic value. 11. **Lack of Physical Presence**: Digital homes do not provide the tangible benefits of physical real estate. 12. **Illiquid Assets**: Selling digital homes can be challenging due to limited buyers and market liquidity. 13. **Overhyped Market**: Media and promotional hype can inflate prices artificially. 14. **Dependence on Virtual Economy**: The value of digital homes is tied to the health of the virtual economy, which can be unpredictable. 15. **No Tangible Improvements**: Unlike physical homes, you can't make tangible improvements to increase value. 16. **Environmental Impact**: The energy consumption of maintaining virtual worlds can be significant. 17. **Lack of Historical Data**: There is limited historical data to predict future market trends. 18. **Competition**: Increased competition in the virtual real estate market can drive down prices. 19. **Technical Barriers**: Not everyone is comfortable or familiar with the technology required to navigate and invest in virtual worlds. 20. **Dependency on VR Adoption**: The success of virtual real estate is dependent on the widespread adoption of VR and AR technologies. 21. **Scalability Issues**: Virtual platforms may face scalability issues, affecting the user experience. 22. **Cultural Acceptance**: Virtual real estate may not gain widespread cultural acceptance. 23. **Monetization Challenges**: Finding ways to monetize virtual property can be difficult. 24. **Lack of Expertise**: Investors may lack the necessary expertise to make informed decisions in this new market. 25. **Potential for Bubbles**: The market for virtual real estate is prone to speculative bubbles that can burst, leading to significant losses. Certainly! Here are 50 additional reasons to consider before investing in digital homes in the virtual world: 26. **Uncertain Longevity**: The lifespan of virtual worlds is unpredictable, and they can become obsolete or lose popularity. 27. **Maintenance Costs**: Some virtual platforms charge ongoing fees for maintaining properties. 28. **Complexity of Transactions**: The process of buying and selling digital real estate can be complex and requires technical know-how. 29. **Interoperability Issues**: Digital homes might not be transferable between different virtual platforms. 30. **Limited Legal Recourse**: If something goes wrong, legal recourse may be limited or non-existent. 31. **Virtual Economy Manipulation**: The virtual economy can be manipulated by developers or large investors. 32. **Tax Implications**: The tax implications of digital real estate investments are unclear and can vary by jurisdiction. 33. **Lack of Insurance**: Digital properties typically cannot be insured like physical properties. 34. **Unproven Market**: The virtual real estate market is still relatively new and unproven. 35. **Dependent on Virtual Infrastructure**: The value of digital homes is dependent on the stability and performance of virtual infrastructure. 36. **Privacy Concerns**: Virtual platforms may have privacy issues, affecting your investment security. 37. **Intellectual Property Issues**: Ownership rights for digital properties can be complex and disputed. 38. **Unpredictable User Engagement**: The value of virtual properties is tied to user engagement, which can be unpredictable. 39. **Hidden Costs**: There may be hidden costs associated with maintaining and developing digital properties. 40. **Depreciation Risk**: Like physical properties, digital homes can depreciate in value. 41. **Technical Failures**: Virtual platforms can experience technical failures, affecting access to your property. 42. **Influence of Developers**: The value of your investment can be heavily influenced by the actions of the platform developers. 43. **Cultural Relevance**: Virtual worlds may lose cultural relevance, affecting property values. 44. **Economic Dependency**: The value of virtual properties is tied to the broader virtual economy, which can be unstable. 45. **Intangibility**: The intangible nature of digital homes can make it harder to justify the investment. 46. **Market Saturation**: An influx of digital properties can saturate the market, reducing individual property values. 47. **Dependency on User-Generated Content**: The value of virtual worlds often relies on user-generated content, which can be inconsistent. 48. **Platform-Specific Risks**: Each virtual platform has unique risks and challenges. 49. **Emerging Competitors**: New virtual platforms can emerge, diluting the value of existing properties. 50. **Network Effects**: The value of digital homes can be significantly affected by network effects, which are hard to predict. 51. **Speculative Investments**: Virtual real estate is often seen as a speculative investment, leading to potential bubbles. 52. **Digital Footprint**: The environmental impact of maintaining digital worlds can be a concern for some investors. 53. **Virtual World Politics**: In-game politics and social dynamics can affect the value of properties. 54. **Evolving User Preferences**: User preferences for virtual experiences can change rapidly, affecting demand. 55. **Monetary Policies**: Virtual worlds may have their own monetary policies that can affect property values. 56. **Data Security**: The security of data associated with digital properties is a concern. 57. **Dependency on Blockchain**: Many virtual properties are tied to blockchain technology, which carries its own risks. 58. **Lack of Professional Advice**: There is a lack of professional advisors with expertise in digital real estate. 59. **Potential for Devaluation**: Digital properties can be devalued by changes in the virtual world or platform policies. 60. **Market Manipulation**: The market can be manipulated by insiders or large stakeholders. 61. **Confusion Over Ownership**: Confusion over digital ownership rights can complicate transactions. 62. **Rapid Technological Changes**: Rapid changes in technology can render virtual properties obsolete. 63. **Competition from Traditional Investments**: Traditional real estate and other investment options may offer more stability. 64. **User Fatigue**: Users may become fatigued with virtual worlds, reducing engagement and property values. 65. **Dependency on User Communities**: The value of digital homes can depend heavily on the strength of user communities. 66. **Economic Downturns**: Economic downturns can affect the virtual real estate market. 67. **Complex Legal Status**: The legal status of digital property can vary widely between jurisdictions. 68. **Ethical Concerns**: Ethical concerns about virtual worlds can affect public perception and investment value. 69. **Dependence on User Behavior**: The value of virtual properties is tied to user behavior, which can be unpredictable. 70. **Maintenance of Virtual Spaces**: Maintaining virtual spaces can require ongoing investment and effort. 71. **Cultural Shifts**: Cultural shifts can affect the popularity of virtual worlds. 72. **Lack of Physical Experience**: Virtual homes do not provide the physical experience that traditional real estate does. 73. **Emergence of New Technologies**: New technologies can emerge that offer better investment opportunities. 74. **Skepticism**: There is still significant skepticism about the value and longevity of virtual real estate. 75. **Digital Divide**: The digital divide can limit the potential user base for virtual worlds. 76. **Intellectual Property Theft**: Intellectual property theft can be a risk in virtual worlds. 77. **Market Fragmentation**: The market for virtual real estate is fragmented, making it hard to predict trends. 78. **Regulatory Changes**: Future regulatory changes can impact the value and legality of digital property investments. These reasons illustrate the various risks and challenges associated with investing in digital homes in the virtual world.

I think that misses a much wider value of build in public: -) building out a habit to communicate what you are doing - learning to communicate consistently -) engaging potential team members, advisors, investors in your journey -) merging your internal & external comms thus reducing the amount of work you have to do on comms (hugely important for resource strapped startups) -) you connect with the ecosystem, so others know what you are doing, partners can more easilly connect with what you are doing -) builds out general maturity of the ecosystem so we don't have everyone repeating the same mistakes

It's not about finding a product idea. That's a rookie mistake. It's all about building something for people who you have access to and their willingness to pay for your product (which is rooted to the original problem they're willing to solve).
