Hi, thank you so much for your video. I just purchased the exact model. It was so helpful seeing the insufficient if yours ti compared tj mine. I need a new needle and belt. The small mirror on the inside of mine needed to be reattached, which was an easy fix. I have a question tgat I was wondering if you might be able to answer. My bulb works and I made sure it was centered and clean. But, when I insert a slide I cannot see the picture even in s dark room. I kind it is something easy but I am clueless.

How did you take out the snap ring on the turntable? You didn't show that part. I have two of these and the turntable doesn't turn on one of them and the speaker doesn't work on the other. I played with this when I was a kid, and it was my favorite toy. Thanks for this video.

I have a AMI WQ200 that I have restored cosmetically and would like to get it working electrically. I have bought a unit that hooks up to the output of the wallbox to allow it to play music from an ipod or usb stick. My problem is that I don't know if the wallbox is working propperly. Is there any chance you have a video of this unit working? I would love to see one working from coin drop to song playing. I love the look of the wallbox but find it very hard to get info on it. I do have the service manual for it but it's not much help. Thanks in advance

Hello, I recommend to watch Nigel Copsey on you tube. About hot lime mixes and he talks about nhls too. Lime putty in the past was predominantly used for indoors. And on the outside hot lime often with some pozzolan added. And this can last. You just didn't make best choice of mortar, i think. NHL can cause damage too, often buildings pointed with NHL are permanently wet for some reason. Not enough capillary action apparently. Regards

I know this was posted a while ago, but to clarify - what kind of lime did you use in the original lime mortar that failed, did you use hydrated lime (e.g, type S) to make a putty to mix with sand? I see in your note that you've moved over to hydraulic (NHL 3.5) lime.

Wow and thankyou so much great tutorial . I followed almost your recipe, but added 1 tablespoon of alum as well as the salt. No dye. I used Hot pressed Fabriano watercolour paper which has 25% cotton, well I was frightened to open the bundle not thinking I would get much, but wow my geraniums are stunning, purples ,pink and greens. So pretty. The eucalyptus leaves are ok. I will now make more. Gill from Australia

I don´t know, man. The marbled paper or any other I use for this purpouse, is the last thing I glue on and I also buy special bookbinding glue, that has neutral PH and is suitable for archivation. I also never ever checked for the way the grind of the paper goes, maybye I was just lucky. I also like to work with Tomoe River paper and it has no grind.

Seems like all the strips suffer from Cyan fade (Orange look to the picture). A blue gel in front of the bulb would compensate for it.
