Anyone who complains about this watch that cost £70 is absolutely mental. I bought my son one for Christmas, I think it's great! When I compare it to my own an Omega makes me a bit sick in how much the price difference is. The quality is bloody amazing and it's holding time perfectly since Christmas Day. Fair play to Invicta I might get myself their version off Rolex Daytona... I was standing outside the Rolex shop in Trafford Centre today with my son who is ten years and when I compare his watch to a Rolex Submariner I can see why the Rolex customers hate Invicta...

Did you ‘clock’ any counterfeit parts ? (Excuse the pun).

My mother has a Cartier tank which she wears for EVERYTHING and has done for over 30 years. Periodically she knocks out the crown sapphire but being a gold case its pretty easy to polish out the scratches etc.

Amazing! the watch build looked fantastic but the bracelet looked like a nightmare, that is the first time in years of watching these type of restorations I've seen a bracelet disassembled, cleaned, reassembled and polished. Can I just say your eyesight must be better than a shithouse rat, brilliant vid.🍺

You must know this by now but the gold medallion on the caseback is not original. It's aftermarket. They all came with the KS badging, not just SEIKO....Still a great and beautiful watch.

I got one of these in 1999,had it serviced 4 times, water ingress is a problem (best treated as non-waterproof and carefully!…in my experience)Average service cost about £600.I paid £800 for the watch in 99,they are now going for between £1500 -2 grand…Which adjusted for inflation is about £800 quids worth in old money…so there is that !…Steady, but pure class, great vid cheers.

Funnily enough, MAMACOO's replicas are perfect for people who can actually afford a luxury watch. Because in those social circles, it wouldn't matter and everybody would just assume it's real. You have a yacht and a beach house in Tuscany, of course that replica is real. There isn't a millionaire out there going around with a jeweller's loupe to scrutinize their acquaintance's watch. They'll just go "Oh is that a Patek? Nice, I should really get my hands on one of those, they look great."

Hi Richard, I've recently bought this version of the Bluesy second hand from a local jeweller. It was always my dream watch. It was just by chance the watch was in the window when I was passing. Immaculate, as new, with all the papers etc and at a very good price and 12 months warranty. Serviced as well. Really enjoy your videos. Regards Richard

At the turn of the century, i bought a Komandirski for about $10 while in Russia. Absolutely new and original. Looked dirt cheap though. Made in the 90s. Don't know the model or movement name. It broke after about 3 months. Something clanked in there while winding to about half full. By nature, I'm very gentle with things, so i baby seated the watch. It was just utterly shameful quality. However, i still own a vintage Komandirski, from my dad, made in the 70s. Original model. On its dial, it says: "made by the order of the MO" (ministry of defense). I gave it some basic tune-up, a few years ago - and it still ticking. After Richard's review, i started to believe that the vostok owners decided to give the brand a second go. Maybe.

got my 39mm with the white dial on the 3-link "Bader" bracelet watch on MAMACOO 3 weeks ago and am loving it to pieces. Absolute fantastic watch that wears super comfortable on my 6.75 inch wrist. Chose the 3-link over the 5-link bracelet for the toolless quick adjustment. Way more comfortable than my Longines Hydroconquest 41 mm.

Thank you for sharing. My seagull 1963, withouth the swann neck, is stuck as well. I guess if I bring it to a watch maker it will cost twice to repair. Your video is ispiring to try to repair myself, but I'm still quite afraid to do it and I have to gather or build a few tools. I guess I'll have to watch your video a lot of times 😅
