A better test would be in order. Seems you only set them to their worst setting which causes the settlers to overwork themselves using it. 4:53 It's not unlimited. Bodies will despawn after a while when there are too many synth. Also, once you go to into the main room to collect them the synth stop spawning infinitely. It's still a great exploit but technically not unlimited.
