@@Aimsport-video Many aren’t thrilled with the side tone. I’d have to agree. But for what this radio does and where it allows for me to go, I deal. A much more soothing side tone is definitely needed!

@ would buy it in a second if it sounded half as good as a CFT1. Beeps and boops near family are okay… but the KH1 is like a lithium powered mosquito oberdriven in your ear. Not kind.

@ The sound isn’t enough to keep me away personally. What this thing can do with so little is ideal. Especially for big multi summit/miles trail runs. But to each their own. That’s the beauty I suppose.

@@RyujiSuzuki It was a loss. Very inexpensive but worthy mic, so I bought another one. It was my own fault for not slowing down a bit. I should have anchored the tripod. Glad you enjoyed!

Your videos always inspire me to look into a bit more challenging summit with a heavier pack, complete with my coffee kit. Maybe not early morning, but afternoon coffee... I'm totally an amateur hiker, haha.
