Mate , as usual , yar spot on about Wormhooks . I only use them here at Parra. And set them nearly every cast . And as you've mentioned before that have to be the best size for the rubber . And as you do , cut down the rubber , rather than change hooks . 🤙✔️👏👏👏🎣 Happy Australia Day tomorrow mate . Bet you'll be on the water . 🇦🇺

Technique and as you said the right scents etc, definitely play more of a part in catching fish, than the choice of plastic, as you know mate, some lures just seem to have that magic though. Last time I stopped there, I only got 3 casts in before the security popped out of nowhere hahaha You can't beat these online stores at those prices... I still try to support any of the smaller tackle shops I see around though, I still order things online as well though, as you said yourself "you can't beat that price"... It's unfortunate the way the world is now though, I wish I could still stop into Windsor bait and tackle and I know many others, who wish the same mate. Looking forward to your tips videos, your knowledge has helped me plenty. Cheers legend

Also that plant you think was daytura is called castor oil plant. Can get pretty invasive if left unchecked also the seeds are toxic. Coral tree control methods can be found on the dpi website and it will tell you what herbicide to use with the correcrt technique and herbicide rates for best outcome.
@bushmancam5 күн бұрын
The only reason why those trees would have been planted is that it would have been part of the development plan. Meanwhile the rest of the creek is heavily impacted by weed invasion. Once the funding for that paticular contract runs out the maintenance will stop. Its something but not the correct way

Those birds on the ground looked like black Chough (pronounced chuff). Nick names like farmers or dad’s chooks. We have them come in for the horse feed, every now and then they will eat out of my hands.
@captainfrank017 күн бұрын
9:34 Yes, definitely White Winged Choughs! They have a red eye. Some people have commented that they are Apostlebirds - not so, these are larger and have white on the wings, apostlebirds are about the size of a blackbird, no white, more of a grey colour.

Changed the title sorry if it was misleading, my intentions was to catch a couple of fish, show of the islands features then have the bogus ranger tell me to leave, I did that but knowing how I had a legal rite to fish there but I still left. I also new how woke these guys are and took my hook of the line sat the rod down and waited to be picked up by the boys. Did not know he wanted to take my rod and that's why I called him a Karen, I was struggling to keep a straight face as I was going Karen on him, that's the story if you don't like it fair enough.
