Detroit is under rated one of my favs, if I had the balls I would open up a Detroit pizza shop. None in my area unless you go to the city I live outside of Philly and still isn't many. Detroit is my favorite pizza to make at home.

Do they use frozen crust or let it warm down

Seems like they remove from the freezer in the morning to thaw on racks before cooking.
