Well darn, I’ve been happy with my 300 Mini. Now, I feel like the meme photo with the guy walking with his girl, sneaking a peak at a hot girl they just passed. What am I missing out by missing this BRNR?…..thanks a lot, Gabe.

Well, I think this video proved that the 300 mini holds its own. That dispersion was really nice.

I've played and owned the SLDR, The Original, the 300 Mini, and now the BRNR. The BRNR is by far the best of the bunch. Longer and more forgiving. Also more adjustable than previous versions.

Great info…. As a follow up, I’d like to request that on the 2024….. if you can do a test at the different loft adjustments on the same club. That will be great info to us mere mortals who just wants to buy off the rack clubs

Good idea - if I was to go the mini-driver route, I expect it would be a full-on driver replacement. Based on these numbers, seems like Gabe could turn the 2024 down to 11.5 degrees and be right up there with his normal driver. I'd be scared to try and use any of them off the deck even at 13.5 degrees unless I had a perfect lie in the fairway. Tee it up at 11.5 and let if fly!

Not really the same… mini is 2/3 the size. 150 cheaper too. I have the new burner mini and the qi10 core. Haven’t put a 3 wood shaft in it, cause I’d need a lot of weight to add to the head to do so. I cranked my 13.5 all the way down and it’s a badass machine

I have the 300 mini, the 2023 BRNR Mini and the 2024 TM Mini. The 2023 and 2024 are no different in performance for me. Exact same club in my view except for cosmetic changes. The 300 is an excellent club and very close to the 2024 model. Gabe, your results really were close with the 300 and the 2024 mini as well. Maybe a few more yards with the new model but not much in it in my view.

To that end, going to 12 degrees (and dropping down to 43.5") a few weeks ago has been a gamechanger for me. I haven't lost any distance, and my dispersion has definitely tightened up.

@LetsPlayThru

I don’t think to a huge degree, at least not in terms of forgiveness. When struck well with similar swings speed, it goes about the same distance. It’s just that it sprays a bit more.

Hey Gabe, I recently got my hands on a Callaway Ai Smoke mini driver and it's been a game changer. I haven't hit the TM but suspect it would be very similar. The back nine on my local course is very tight and I've found myself losing 2-3 drives/round in the woods until I got the mini driver. It might be increased confidence but I've been hitting almost all fairways and shooting better scores as a result. The mini driver is only about 10-15 yards less than my full driver so not a huge difference. I've been carrying both drivers and use the mini on all the holes with small fairways.

On the 24' model, Is that the same old UST ProForce from like 20 years ago? Or did they upgrade it? That itself is another addition to the throwback look. Those shafts pretty much meant you were a professional back in the early 2k's lol

@AZstu324
@AZstu324 11 сағат бұрын
It really just depends on what kind of club you're looking for. IMO if you like a hollow, polymer -filled club with a more bouncy but fantastic feeling face, these outclass ANY brand doing that kind of club. IMO these kick the royal shite out of TM P770's and 90's. Just look up build materials and MOI, VCOG placement for both and the facts are there. If you're looking for the most forgiving solid forged club in the "players" category, the TS3 is going to be hard to beat. Also talking from ANY company. I prefer a solid forged club feel and I've also hit just about everything on the market. The TS3's sit right at the top of the mountain with the best.

I started playing two years ago at 50 years old. Not wanting to spend a lot as a beginner, I found Ping Eye 2's in a 6, 7, 8, 9 and W at a goodwill. I love these irons despite still shooting in 90s. I don't know anything different so these videos are fun to watch.

Glad i watched this. I find our age and games similar in terms of yardage per club. My son gifted me some stealth irons. Love them. Still gettin used to them. Been out of the game for about 10-12 years. Appreciate you honesty and integrity. I’m looking for extra yardage off the tee. Now on the lookout for a ping 430. Lol. Keep up the good work my friend. Oh and now I play Kirkland balls 😅
