Why would you add seasoning salt or regular salt if you already added celery salt that's a lot of sodium just saying

I never will understand why people want to season the heck out of food. You can season catfish or a porkchop and it will all taste the same....... seasoning. Catfish has a great natural flavor and all is needed is flour and some salt. The same with chicken, shrimp, oysters and the list go's on & on. If it takes all the extra seasoning to "taste good" it's not being cooked properly.

I tried this method with my first pork loin roast and using the thermometer for the first time. Such an easy process, thanks for the instructions! I accidentally put the thermometer in at an angle, so I second guessed the doneness and microwaved a few center pieces. Lesson learned, it completely ruined the nice soft texture it originally had. But I'm so excited to go try this again! Practice, practice, practice! 😄

YOU people in the comments are so funny you guys are so concerned about why he didn't wash this or that do you even know how your food is handled before it gets to the grocery store if I told you you might be highly disgusted you might actually not want to buy any of the foods that's in some of your favorite grocery stores So think about that that before you worry about what someone does before they eat their food!!!! Educate yourself!! PLEASE
