It’s a 45 caliber not an acp aka automatic Colt pistol. Noe Tisas makes their 1911 pistols just like they did in the 1920s 30s and 40s by hammer forging the games, slides, and internals. The use modern CNC machines like everyone else sticking with the tried milspec pattern so they see no need to overprice their 1911 line. Most other 1911 manufacturers are just price gouging like Kimber, Dan Wesson and others when we all know a 1911 can be made cheaply by everybody.

Not sure if anyone will see this but this pistol is garbage and failed after 100 rounds of recommended ammo. I sent it to Beretta and demanded that this discontinued model be replaced with a 30X. Beretta warranty process is absurd. If they refuse to replace this item and send it back to me; I will melt it with a blow torch. DO NOT BUY BERETTA PRODUCTS!!! (This actually has a threaded barrel for suppressor. What a joke! It can’t even handle standard recommended loads)

Will any magnifier match up with this strikefire ii esp with the cantilever? Out of all optics ive never used a magnifier. Only dots and acog at one point in the military and lpvo along with higher mag hunting types of scopes on the civilian side.

People say Glock because of the sig p320 malfunction. Gen 1 glocks had plenty of issues people either won’t research or won’t admit. It’s 2024 there are so many guns better than a Glock. And glocks will malfunction if you limp wrist it but🤫you’ll hurt the fanboys feelings.

Easy fix: don't put that ammo brand to the Canik. There are many brands of 9mm ammo out there. I am ready to buy my first Canik. Too many good reviews about it can't be wrong.

I have a 42 I haven't had any problems I make sure I keep my right thumb out away from slide lock while shooting it thanks

I just picked mine up today! Haven’t used it yet (though I have used my buddies a few times) and I gotta say, this one fits my hand better than anything else I own. Just feels so comfortable to hold! After having some fun with it at the range later today, it will become my daily carry.

I have a DB AR15 that I run with a Sightmark Ultra Shot M-Spec LQD Reflex Sight and Sightmark XTM-3 Magnifier and it's a tack driver. I'm a USMC Veteran with a ton of shooting experience and I have no problem trusting that rifle as one of my many home defense firearms.

I have a an overnight solution, but first lets understand the "why". (or just skip to the last paragraph) Why? Your factory spring is a 22# which is matched for NATO spec 124 grain @ 1200+. Most factory ammunition in the 115 and 124 range do not come close to achieving the slide velocity needed to function properly due to the heavy recoil spring. Solution? You can certainly purchase after market recoil springs, I highly recommend you do. You can "tune" the pistol with different spring weights if the mood takes you. What if you Cant wait? You have a match tomorrow ;) *Be sure pistol is clear and no magazines or ammunition of any kind is near. >Lock the slide back and leave the pistol in that condition until the next morning. ~One overnight often takes enough out of the spring to run the range ammo. Add time to the slide lock slide if needed as your mileage may vary. Cheers!

Picked up a MOS gen 5 17 but I decided to go back to my Glock 22 Gen 3 and add optics to it.

love the no recoil and it's heavy enough to tame what lil recoil there is. shoots good, not the lightest racking 380 but good enough for my RA hands. The trigger though sucks! us ole farts with RA, don't have the finger strength of you young guys. 4.25# pull is dangerous if this is your defense gun.
