Yes, a hammer-fired, double action trigger, WITH SECOND STRIKE CAPABILITY. This is very important in a self defense gun. If the first round fails to fire, simply pull the trigger again. No slide rack required.

Realistically Glock should change the grip texture, nigh sights, and better trigger out of the box!! Come on!! How hard could that be!! And change the mos system, it sucks!!

Love my Glock 22. It is the Goldilocks of Glocks. Not to big to conceal in a Vedder IWB, not to small where it might be mistaken for a water pistol. 40 SW is more lethal than a 9mm but does not kick like a 10mm.

Mine is great! Using iron sights only. $78 Rural King black Friday deal 2 yrs ago. Only thing is after the last shot when the bolt locks back and you remove the magazine the bolt drops on an empty chamber. Hold the bolt handle and release it slowly.

You're trying to take the magazine out the wrong way. Use two hands. If you use your right hand, top part of your index finger and slightly push on the the mag release as you're pulling the magazine out with your left hand it's smooth as butter😊

No one ever shows that racking the slide is easier if the hammer is cocked back, after racking the hammer would be in the cocked position.?

I love 9mm. But if i had to choose🤔 9mm is a man stoper. But im going wwith 40cal. I traded my gen3 22 for 22gen5. The recoil is better in gen5 because of the new recoil system.

As the new owner of the Glock 42 . . . Reliability is an absolute. You had far too many feeding problems. I expect a pistol to be 100% reliable in feeding ANY commercially made ammo - and, especially, hollowpoints. Period. I won’t stand on “it has to be Brand X.” With your feed issues, I’d look real carefully into the cause. Was it the ammo? The magazine? Simply a need to clean the gun? Frankly, had I spent nearly $500 for a glorified plastic brick, I’d scream loud and long about what a mistake I’d made - but I’d also be real certain of the causes first.

if you learned how to handle a 1911 you would be better off . to load lock slide to rear, insert magazine and then drop slide . They work much better that way !!

Why is the Bobcat which is bigger than a Tom Cat chambered for a smaller round? Just saying... lol. I have one of these on the way to me - Black Friday special that I just couldn't pass up. I used to have a model 21 in 25 ACP but it left me long ago. I've been wanting to get another and 32 ACP is much better than the 25. Thanks for the review.

I just handled mine while doing the paperwork. Cycles great no hang ups or catches also some people don't mention the weight. It has heft but not unduly heavy. This is good I think for the 12g as it will have some kick. It did not feel cheap. Came with angle grip and x2 mags. Finish was nice and the flip sights were great. Other than fireing it thats all I can say. 100% worth what I spent imo. Also...just super cool looking, Star Ship Trooper feels ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
