I wonder if you'd be interested in checking out "Virus". Though, I wouldn't say it's practical effects are bad (when it does utilize them, as it also uses late 90s CGI). The robots are actually very well-made and given that the director is a visual effects artist, you can 100% tell that those bots were given the most love and care out of everything. It also stars Jamie Lee Curtis and Donald Sutherland.. which is just insane? Curtis has actually gone on record saying that it's her worst movie and that she regrets it LOL. It bombed at the box office and has scored a 12% on Rotten Tomatoes, so I can't blame her. But personally, I love it because I'm a sucker for robots in horror.

For me: Fnaf 1: Freddy. The toreador march death is one of the best experiences a game has ever offered me, and Freddy himself is just cool. You lnow for a fact that he’s a real threat, despite him not really being too aggressive until later nights, it makes it feel like he’s watching you, observing how you deal with the others, and his camera renders hell a lot.

The issues with hello neighbor isn't not trying, they obviously tried way to hard. The issue with the game, is the same issue plaqueing the entire vg industry. They focus on marketing and making money instead of the soul of there game. Give it a soul, and it will make money. Focus on money, and the game will flop.

I like that Roxy got more time in the spotlight. Her interactions with Cassie were above and beyond anything I expected. I highly doubt it'll happen, but I hope and pray that Cassie somehow saves Roxy, or at least her... memory unit? Hard drive? The thing that's basically her brain. I know it'd be a bit gauche to pull that stunt twice, as Gregory already did that with Freddie (assuming that was the canon ending), but Roxy deserves it, dammit!

My favorite part of security breach is that the animatronics are actually characters rather than just game mechanics like in past games. They have easily identifiable personalities that aren't in ANY of the animatronics in the other games (except for maybe Baby). It really makes me care about them when Gregory dismantles them or when Roxy mistakes Cassie for Greg in Ruin.

one way to potentially read the whole Scraptrap thing would to possibly see William's excitement of being immortal basically being a mental break like throughout the time he's spent as Springtrap, he's just tried and tried to rationalize it in his head in a way to the point that he just kinda broke ig. idk if this makes any sense at all :P

the only argument i can disagree with is the one about the ending, from my perspective, the final acts are about the player fighting against his trauma with the neighbor, and defeating the shadow monster (a representation of said trauma i believe) and waking up letting go of his past is actually quite a fullfilling ending in my opinion, i also believe the reason you see the shadow monster before the main character goes to sleep before act 3 (correct me if im wrong as to when it appears this is all from memory) is a representation of his trauma related to what happened to him in the neighbors house still lingering in his adulthood, there are other random shenanigans about the neighbors past thrown in there for the sake of theory but my main takeaway after playing was that anyway rant over, great video

Upon watching it myself, one of the things I can't help but think about is that Ducky leaving the room is never elaborated on; it implies to me that even if you do something as simple as leaving to use the bathroom gives the Pumpkin Rabbit an excuse to "punish" the kids. That on top of actively leading Tammy to the basement gives the feeling of a twisted game that he's willing to cheat or bend the rules in order to win
