Damm didn't know Aaron was Community manager now. Could be old news, but explains why the LSG channel has been so quiet lately XD

And this is with only a fraction of the armor blocks SE1 has. Can't wait till this tree matures and the steam workshop is full of delicious juicy apples. My mediocre build are already more advanced simply thanks to the detailing blocks. I'm building entire ships from those alone.

I wish I could play it. But I can’t get my hands on a graphics card to get my gaming rig back in the fight.

I haven't acquired this game yet and already I am expecting ships to use way more PCUs. The smaller ships near the start of the video could easily represent 10,000 to 25,000 PCU, with a medium ship being over 300,000 PCU. Way more than any server can handle when allocated to a single player. Perhaps this is why, Keen is holding off setting up multiplayer functionality or setting up public servers.

SE 2 has a lot of promise - I'm waiting until more pieces get added (like 1x2 sloped detail blocks) and for the controls update before really diving in

What’s the story of PCU in SE2?

I'm really put off by the early alpha build, I don't like the new terminal interface, but every time I see player builds or developer news, I want to go in and start building my own space base. keep up the good work guys, I hope the program block will be released as soon as possible so that i can thoroughly get stuck into the game :)

clarify something for me SE1 was 3m squared cubes,... now in SE2 they are 25cm squared but the same physical size ?

Sadly I still can't play. I played a bit the first few days. But after the NVidia update. I can't play anymore. SE tells me my GPU isn't powerful enough to play. No word on my ticket yet. Hopefully KSH figures it out soon. It was a great start though. I can't wait to see a more polished product.

Broken promises for se1 but yet we are meant to fork out more money for a 2nd game with less off the bat content

I’m waiting for the Star Trek ships to be made. This grid system will make all the intricate details and the smooth shapes in the designs doable and make them look incredible!

I’ve always told people that SE is one of the best games I’ve ever played and enjoyed. The potential for SE 2 is enormous. Keen, keep up the good work 👍

That yellow ship is so cool. I am always trying to come up with a unique design that no one else has done and this fits that to me. I always fall into ading wings and making it pointy and next thing i knowbit looks like the last 50 ships. But this mixes thinhs up a bit.

I popped in and "tried everything" in SE2 to keep tabs on development... but this has inspired me to open it up and challenge myself creatively with the fairly restricted selection of blocks and functionalities we have so far. There's plenty to work with as these builds demonstrate.
