I am obsessed with your channel 😍 i do 2x 20 mins workout ,every day,4-5 times a week,2 days lower body, 2 days upper and one full body..please never stop doing these videos❤ thank you so much ❤

⁠@@OoohLuLaI have. I’ve done three of her workout vids so far (started in June of this year. One video for the whole month. I workout 6 days a week since they’re only 20 minutes long - three days on/one day off). My thighs are more defined. My glutes are slightly bigger. I want my arms more defined, so I need to get heavier weights (currently using 15lb dumbbells).

All this time I have been following you and asking for knee friendly sessions, I just realized that I can just take all the exercises you give that are knee friendly and combine them into one great workout for myself. DUH! Thank you for all the great techniques!

That is definitely something you can do. Most upper body and ab & core workouts are more gentle on the knees as they are not the focus but you can also try our knee friendly workouts, low Impact and standing only workouts. Two concers 1. Please add a cooldown session in the end for your workout? Otherwise the body is soar through the day (ofc know the basics of cool down and also see other YT videos for it. But please include.) 2. Can you give an approx in your description of how many calories one loses in each specific workout?

You can also download our Apple watch app which links to track your calories. For calorie burn we do not include these figures as they vary depending on the individuals heart rate and body weight. Depending on the workout the calorie range can differ by up to or more than 100 calories. There are many people with different weights and heart rates which can vary from day to day depending of how hard they exert themselves so it’s better not to confuse things. It is definitely nice to know or have a general idea so I recommend getting a fitness tracker/ heart rate monitor that can give you a better insight to your personal workouts.
