Follow along and get sweating to this 20 min bodyweight full body workout! This workout session helps you get fit and strong using compound movements and a variation in tempo per exercise. It also has an element of cardio and core moves that will increase your calorie burn. We target the whole body with this workout including your legs (hamstrings, quadriceps and calves), glutes (glute minimus, glute medius and gluteus Maximus) your chest, arms (shoulders, biceps and triceps), back and core (abs). Burn some body fat, expend calories and build your muscle in just 20 minutes full body strength workout.

I love these 20 minute workouts ... I don't have a lot of time in the morning from getting kids ready for school and heading to work . I appreciate how it's straight to the point and I break a sweat and I feel accomplished after each one.

Praise the Lord, I found you during the pandemic & I tried your 2-wk (??) & stand-up abs workouts. I have since fallen off & under the wagon 😂😂. I am 61 & want to begin my fit journey again 🫣. Prayerfully, I hope to get through this workout as smoothly as you, let's say in 3 mths. 🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾. I appreciate your short, yet effective videos 🤗. Thank you. ENJOY GOD'S DAY! (Psalm 118:23-24)

Hi, no it’s not a new series. It’s just to let people know that it can be done more than once a week. It’s a good balanced workout that is effective and gets you moving. It can also be used as one workout in an individuals program. it just depends on the individual. I think you should continue with your program you make for yourself with the workouts and you can adjust at your own accord. Definitely give this one a try in the mix though it’s a goodie and let me know how you get on 🤗

Haha, love it. Well done for crushing them. it’s been a while since I’ve added burpees to a workout. But couldn’t resist adding a twist to them. I hope you enjoy this variation. They are definitely fire but also feel good 😅🔥

Why don't you combine 2 or 3 of the 20 minute workout video if I am right that should a 40 - 60 minute workout.🤔 You are probably someone most likely trolling there channel🤡
