Thank you for this video. I left the relationship a week ago and found your channel at 4 am while feeling the complexity of emotions that you captured so well. I feel lighter and calmer after. 🙏🏽

Do you have a video to help someone in a complex situation - so its grief trauma - and then prior to this I always had a lot of fear about life had developed agoaphobia - and now life very restricted - less severe but everything overwhelms and causes anxiety, plus have health issues and finding it very hard to get help due to the anxiety depression and overwhelm where do I start please?

This is soooo good. It really captured that fear of failure. I have so many fears of not being good enough, of not being the best or not being perfect. Fear of letting down my team mates if I make mistakes or have an off day. Fear of letting down complete strangers on the internet that have come to rely on me to provide them up to date info (for free). Crazy all this pressure I put on myself!

Moving through Grief lately, but its an archaic sadness that my body is now strong enough to process. I know it comes from around the time I was born so thank you for your video, it's the support i'm needing and what i've been looking for to help move through these deep emotions, thank you, Tara❤

I would like to make people feel better by telling of my latest relationship with a narcissist. However, the extent of this abuse is so large I am having a hard tim coming to terms with it all. I wish he had never found me because I could have made sensible decisions for my life for the past 5 years. I can't even afford any therapists that could pick me up from the floor. The amount of shame and blame that come with it. Not knowing who I can open up about it. To be honest it would have been better not to be born at all. Such a waste of a life. 😄 All I can say is that they are truly a waste of space and time but worst is they make you one too.

Hi TechnoNacho thank you for Tapping and benefiting from this free resource. I have not monetised this channel so the ads like all ads are placed by KZbin. Once monetisation is made available I will be doing so. If you would like a non-ad experience the individual eft session available at Eflowtion Support Services.com.

Hi, at first I was trying to repeat the words after you but as it was too quick I gave up on that and was just tapping along with the same speed listening to what was being said. There was no need to repeat the words as I originally thought, because that's what I've been doing on other channels. This has been such a wholesome tapping session, thank you.
@eflowtionsupportservices2 ай бұрын
It’s a comment that has been mentioned a few times in regards to speed. There’s a few ways to explain. If you have ever watched the founder Gary Craig’s EFT videos they go even faster. We are taught to go at the speed that is most comfortable for the client. Some like the speed fast. Some like the speed slow. Anger is an active emotion. This is also a free video in which I don’t know the clients preferences at time of filming as they don’t exist. It’s just me. Tapping on accupressure points stimulates organs. So yes Tapping along would have what’s known in EFT Tapping as, “Borrowed Benefits”. This describes the effect that occurs in Group EFT in which a group might Tap along as a practitioner works individually with an individual of the group. Hence they get the borrowed benefits of tapping along with an individuals experience. Though beneficial you don’t have to say the words out loud. How many thoughts race through our head in a day that affect us emotionally? What happened to those thoughts when we get angry? Do they stay calm and sedate or they get very active and storm like? So you can think the thoughts while Tapping. Sometimes we are in environments where we can’t speak so think and Tap. If your non-verbal think and tap. Yet the only way I can tailor it suit everyone is individual sessions. Plus you learn more about the other EFT techniques and that they are completely different to these videos in application and variation. Thank you for Tapping along and adapting a style that suited you. ❤️

@@eflowtionsupportservices thank you for the elaboration. I have only just started tapping so it's very useful.
@eflowtionsupportservices2 ай бұрын
Awesome stuff. Thanks for Tapping along. Another tip is if you’re at work or in a situation where you can’t tap just gently squeeze the finger points. You can think thoughts while squeezing the points or simply simulates the points.

@@eflowtionsupportservices Appreciate the video, the script is very astute but I too had to give up trying to repeat it due to speed. Of course, when tapping with a client you do it to the speed that is their preference, but it would still always be at a speed that allows for them to repeat what you’ve said. So for online, I would have thought it most beneficial to be at the pace that that would allow for that line to be repeated, then move on. It can help when recording to repeat the line again in your head silently, to keep the right speed. If it’s just for borrowing benefits, then the subject matter is less relevant but people choose videos based on the topic relevant to them. Not criticism just feedback.

Thank you, this was a really good one! Growing up as the scapegoat the traumatic invalidation was pretty much constant, not only from family members but from so many others who always believed their lies instead of seeing the abuse and saw my ''acting out'' (speaking the truth) as the main problem. It was and still is a very painful, lonely and isolating experience but I'm still trying my best to recover and heal. EFT is helpful and your channel is one of few I turn to when I feel like I need to be supported because you tap on subjects that many others don't. Very grateful for your channel. 💚

Thanks heaps for your comment and for Tapping it's appreciated. ❤ For about 10 years or so I practiced Shaolin Kung Fu. I quite enjoyed it and I got to visit China a couple of times to train kung fu with the Shaolin Monks as well as other masters around China. Now it’s perfectly acceptable in martial arts that if someone decides to attack you that you act out of self-defence to stop yourself or others from getting harmed. Sometimes the best defence is running away and living to fight another day. Yet it’s apparently not acceptable to act out of self-defence when speaking up about receiving abuse. Which any issue not addressed tends to continue its pattern of harm. Also if that’s the case then the judicial system is also unaware of this fact. But to address an issue means the abuser has to address their offensive actions. Which might be highly inconvenient as it means taking responsibility for their own actions. In a society focused towards glamorising success and abundance those who have been abused tend to be viewed as somewhat problematic. It’s kind of like going to an Intensive Care Unit and saying, ‘Why aren’t you guys succeeding in life?!’ We’ve sustained damage from problematic people and we need to address the hurt in order to ’succeed’ in life. Damage we’ve never asked for, we never sought out, but did our best to survive from. Which might be hard for some to understand as they’ve never been through it. For me I have. Still am. It’s like a diabetic they are the best person for knowing what treatment they need if they’re hypoglycaemic or hyperglycaemic, as they’ve most likely been dealing with the condition for a long time. I’ve been dealing with CPTSD so it’s in my best interest to know a lot about trauma for my wellbeing. That’s why I can produce information on a live or video without scripting. That and working 10 years frontline mental health support work. You see and experience a lot. Hence why I’m also an EFT Practitioner. As for other EFT channels I can’t say I’ve seen them all. They do well in their area. But from what I’ve seen they can benefit from doing better when it comes to trauma. Both in knowledge and doing more than the bare minimum with EFT Tapping to address it. I don’t mean that as a negative statement at all. There’s a lot of good practitioners out there I like on KZbin but fall short in trauma. Same could be said with doctors. If it’s not part of their training or life experience then they wouldn’t naturally know. At one time even I didn’t know until I had to know once I was re-diagnosed.
