That bucket costs $70 dollars!!! The top is only $59. Can I use the standard 5 gallon bucket from Harbor Freight instead?

So this is about accuracy. 1' to 2'. Why can't 3d printer scan by using a probing needle instead? Are we being F ed.

I want to get one of these, but how loud is it actually? I watched a video, and they said it was as loud as a vacuum.
@makingathome8 күн бұрын
I think the one I had is the updated version that is quieter. I think it has an updated fan. To me it doesn't sound much louder that my Bambu P1S printer. You can see the description of the updated fan in the Amazon link in the video description.

Looks like it works well, I’m planning to pick one up to use with a CNC. It looks like you used anti static tape, do you find that working and is it grounded?

Yes to both. It doesn't seem to build up static.

It’s definitely not perfectly stationary. I really didn’t think it would be though. The locking casters help, but that’s a lot of momentum to hold back from the CNC.

It is used for scanning sketches or images into a vector file format so that you can use it in other applications like the shaper Origin or a CNC machine.

Ya, so so fast, it’s crazy. This is my first printer and didn’t know what to expect. I personally don’t think it’s too loud like everyone is complaining about. I have started to run it at 90% speed just for longevity reasons 🤷♂️. For the most part I’m still trying to figure it all out being a new.
