Always found it strange that Fortune and Pleasure would have a negative attraction score. It seems to me that someone seeking to live a luxurious life should be perfect for someone seeking to obtain one.

Bisexuality sticking would make it more realistic to me cause I personally was lesbian once but now even though I've mostly returned to heterosexuality there's still a bit of it buried deeply in me and I can't do anything about it so I just accept it.

I've always wanted to get into the lore of Veronaville but always found it so daunting. Also, for the longest time I couldn't find many commentary videos on it, I came across this series as a total struck of luck since I had looked for something like this many times and never gotten good results. But recently I decided to give it a go and I have been playing Veronaville from scratch, starting with the very first generation of ancestors from the family trees. Your videos have been the most valueable source of information for me, the most fun and easy to understand too! You've enriched my gameplay and given me so many ideas for future generations of each family. I'm sad to see there aren't more videos to this series and there hasn't been for quite some time. I would not mind to watch 20 more hours of you discussing this very topic again. That being said, I don't know why you stopped posting, but I just couldn't finish watching the available videos without at least trying to thank you. You did an amazing job with this, truly!

i wish eaxis based those on visuals(as in rl according to science, which is, to my knowledge, kind of "similar attracts similar", roughly put)+(both of each sims')aspirations+personality points(with wider more consistent range of bonuses and penalties)+turnons/turnoffs, discarded the zodiac signs from the equation and made them irrelevant info (like lazy duchess did 💖🙈)+interests now that would actually mean smth imo

Once very interesting thing happened to me in Sims 2. My CAS sim, running a business, suddenly had a memory with a golden palette of paints (you can see this pallette showing up when sims talking about an attractive sim, it also vanishes quickly) - it was saying saying, 'This <townie's name> excites me deeply.' They also had three chemistry lightnings, which is kinda a normal thing in my game. Strangely, no other sim had such a memory. I realized the palette in bubbles might mean they're considering perfect matches. Has anyone else experienced this? Can't find any info online

That bisexual erasure ts2 does happened to me completely on accident once, I had a male sim go out with a girl, then changed his preference to bi so I can make drama by having him also flirt with his male best friend, and then it backfired because by the time I decided to find him a wife he had the audacity to tell me he was gay.

I feel like there may be some logic to how the social categories work, with the most severe interactions being those that require the highest relationship values and thus indicate that the cheating "runs deeper," so to speak. From a Sim's perspective, if their partner charms someone, that's bad but it's a low-level flirt that Sims can do successfully without even being friends. But if that same partner gooses or smooches someone, that's an interaction that's only unlocked when their relationship with the other Sim is very high, so it shows a degree of emotional infidelity that Charm really doesn't. The problem with this is that Caress, another very high relationship flirt, is categorized with Charm. I wonder if there are any mods that reshuffle severity based on the required relationship values to perform the interaction.

I never know what to do with Antonio and his family in TS2 so making him gay is a great idea, I never thought there would be a romantic context. The fact that hes never woohooed or fallen in love with his wife does add something to this theory ...

The repeated apologise gives the player the option of having the "offending" sim spend the entire night apologising, or have them make one half-hearted attempt and give up, or something in between. It's a fun interaction because of this.
