Graduate alum and longtime USC Trojan fan here. I am definitely against dropping Notre Dame from our schedule. I believe in our program, and we will play anybody, anytime, anywhere. Fight On.

Marc, I'm sure you've seen it but AJ Tuitele is now the 15th highest rated LB according to On3. He's two spots behind Madden Faraimo so if we do sign him, this should take the sting out of losing him to Notre Dame.

Good show . Lot of information. We have become doubters about kids and their parents focus on money. SC has done what these kids from California kept telling us- get the high quality staff , develop us etc etc etc. Time for them to stay home .

Curb your enthusiasm... I seem to recall 2 5-star DL Ga. commits early last year that just hung around long enough to get their NIL deals. Until the system is corrected, early means almost nothing. But still fun to fantasize about potential. Fight ON! ✌✌

I agree totally with the so called Star Rating "system".The midwest and southern guys know very little about what constitutes great players out west and they habitually lower star ratings on "their" players who "defect" to the Western Paradise. They are now sending out warnings to their "owners you go to USC,which is their worse fear,they will punish your NIL worth accordingly. These people are as%$#*&÷! And, they like being that way. Gus was a top 60 player before that incident and I believe he is top 3 in the class in terms of most offers for a player.

Jahkeem was literally the number one overall player in his class before he reclassified, and now he’s the 90th or so player overall in 2025? Ya that makes sense

Regarding recruit rankings…time after time once a highly recruited player commits to us, particularly if they are from the South or the East coast, we see them drop a ⭐️. It’s just a petty way of trying to demean the University’s football program. In itself probably it doesn’t matter, but when you add it to the laundry list of negatives thrown out by other schools, like taxes, crime stats for Los Angeles, don’t have the cool chrome helmets, your name won’t be on your jersey etc. it all is just subtle negativity used to sway recruits and their families and/or agents. Just my opinion YMMV…Fight on! ✌🏻

@26:25. When you play high school football within a 5 mile radius from a Piggly Wiggly Market, recruits get a bonus star in the ratings system. Committing to USC will automatically result in an automatic penalty-- a massive reduction in points. Either they need to change their evaluation criteria, or they need to open up a Piggly Wiggly in LA.😂

Let’s be clear, as a BIG hoops fan, the second place finishes n gazillion final fours have gotten old this century. Since 2000: Purdue, Michigan x2, Wisconsin, Illinois, MSU, and Indiana all lost NCG’s. No other conference boasts such depth in the title game, and frankly crappy luck. In all of those games, the B10 was the underdog as well, in some cases the clear underdog. The BIG actually overachieves in basketball and underachieves on the recruiting trail. So many basketball rich recruiting states in the BIG footprint, especially with Wa n Ca in footprint now. The one overlapping conference with the BIG = Big East. These two conferences share: IN, IL, OH, NE, NJ, PA, WI n Georgetown is a stone’s throw from MD campus. Well, Villanova, alone, has more titles than the BIG this century. Don’t even bother bringing up UConn: they’ve been awesome this century. Big East also won titles with Louisville n Syracuse as members before they split to ACC.
