Every Passaic County Sheriff in my lifetime has been corrupt. Englehart, Speziale, Berdick It's why he killed himself. 11 marshall is a whole nother level for a county jail. 1, it used to have a boxing team, the only county jail with a boxing team. Where did they fight? Rahway, Trenton, Borden Town state prisons! A sarg and a guard killed an inmate there back in the late 80s early 90s. They tried to put the body on an inmate. It didn't fly cuz the boot print on the guy, made it obvious it was a guard that did it. no they didn't lose their jobs, no they didn't go to jail, they worked there till they retired. In the summer the walls would sweat. and the winner if they wanted you would freeze. I was there in the 90s, early 2000s, 2010s. i've known cats been in prison, new york state, ryker's, outta state like montana, cali. they would all rather be in prison elsewhere, one of those other places than in pcj.

Again if you have no idea about the data cartridge in the safe, you probably do some research, theses are like huge memory cards or hard disk drives, a lot of companies still use them to backup their data in case of HDD failures, at the time 60gb could work well for them. You need a special drive to read them, a computer can tell you what is inside, but by the names of the disks on the side, I suspect its just backups of the system, if you don't know what the system was, and the password needed, you're out of luck.
