Hip fractures can be risky, however outcomes can vary drastically based on factors such as the individual's overall health, the quality of medical care received, and the effectiveness of post-surgical rehabilitation. As for your protein intake in terms of CKD, this would be best to discuss with your doctor. <3

Purple asparagus contains anthocyanins, which give it its color and provide antioxidant benefits. Cooking can reduce the levels of these antioxidants, but steaming or microwaving can help retain more of them compared to boiling!
