Oats was included under gluten, but oats are gluten-free. I've already all but eliminated these except for a dollop of organic plain Greek yogurt now and then. I can tell almost immediately when I've indulged. Since they're often combined, hard to tell which is worse.

Instead of oatmeal, try a quinoa breakfast bowl: Base: Cooked quinoa. Toppings: Banana slices, blueberries, walnuts, and a drizzle of almond butter. Optional Sweetener: A dash of honey or maple syrup.

The powers to be want people to eat bugs instead of meats. So many people have trended towards the carnivore diet, dumped sugar and many carbohydrates and too much fruit (to cut down on sugar) and are healthier now. Doctors are slowly, very slowly 😢, catching on. Seduced by pharmaceutical companies has been blinding doctors.
