I have arthritis in my joints. I got an expensive trampoline thinking that gentle bouncing will improve my joints and overall health. After five minutes on the trampoline I was in so much pain that I had to stop. It was so hard to walk afterwards and next day I was even worse. I was very gently bouncing on the trampoline, without jumping, just bouncing. I'm wondering if I should try again, maybe for just 30 seconds? Or is the trampoline not for me? I have severe arthritis in my shoulders too and the top of my humerus has completely shattered. ☹️ Thank you.

We definitely recommend consulting with a physical therapist for exercises that will work for you.
