Now that hairtokers and hair influencers are saying silicones are actually good for your hair, did you change your perspective on them? For me personally it's 50/50, my hair likes cones but I also feel like people are now too much into poor quality ingredients and losing interest in good quality products, I still use organic clean brands but I also use a hair oil with silicone, I'm still torn about this but I go silicone free from time to time...

I get soooo happy whenever you post ❤ Love from India! My hair have thinned down in last 4-5 years. Can you give me some tips how to grow denser hair? My hair are similar to yours, Low porosity and straight to wavy hair just like yours. I have normal to dry scalp.

Thank you! It’s important to first figure out the cause of the thinning. Is it due to breakage? Is it due to hair loss? What is the cause of the hair loss? Once you figure out the cause then you can find a way to fix it. If it’s due to breakage, regular trims will help to make the ends fuller and prevent further thinning

Is it normal to get little white flakes in your nails when you scratch your scalp? My scalp looks clean to the visible eyes but when i scratch it, little dead skin flakes come off in my nails. Little bit. Is that normal?

@@doramaria.1308 Dandruff is usually a bit sticky. I mean oily scalp may experience Dandruff which is yellowish in colour and smells funky. Dry scalp people usually experience very little whitish flakes on their scalp but its not dandruff. My scalp seems clean to the naked eye but when i scratch my scalp, I get whitish flakes filled in my nails. I dont know if its dead skin or does it mean I have dry scalp. I have no idea about it. @OrganicallyAnna can you help me out if that's normal? or do i have dry scalp?

I will try aloe vera rinse as my last step on my wash day. That means after conditioner. I think it may help with dry flaky scalp,I'll let you know if it helps so that you can try it too@@doramaria.1308

I ve seen multiple times that is recommended to oil your hair everyday and i ve been trying for a few weeks but by the third day my hair gets oily… I use lightweight oils and literally 2 drops which is like the minimum amount that i can warm up in my hands before applying. And my hair is not even short it s medium long aka bra strap length. I ve never met someone with this problem or if I did they applied so much oil in comparison. What should I do? I ve also tried an even lighter oil from yves rocher which is also silicone free. Same problem. Should I stop oiling my hair everyday? Is it because i sleep in a bun on top of my hair so my hair gets wavy? I don t know what else to do and I m afraid to change how i sleep with my hair. With other protective hairstyles i wake up with bad hair in the morning cause I have wavy hair naturally.
